  1. port reeds suspension a-arms axle maybe some 30mm carbs the oko's are popular and don't brake the bank.
  2. Here is F.A.S.T website http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/index.asp
  3. Here is another builder to look at, I've dealt with jeff and his turn around time is great and has great prices. And customer service is top notch.
  4. exactly what loco said the builder will answer all of your questions and should have all the parts from cool head to domes to timing plate in stock. The number cc on the side of the domes are the size of domes 22cc is basically stock maybe a little more not sure on that. But as you go down in number 21, 20, 19 and so on the compression on your motor will start to increase which helps with power. You gotta watch it tho if you go down to far in cc's your compression will go up so much you will need to run 110 octane race fuel. Im pretty sure the cut off from 93-94 pump gas (what ever the highest you can get) is 160 psi. Also you elevation plays a roll in the size domes you can run. Your builder will be able to help you with what cc domes to run and what setting to have for the timing plate and all the good stuff. Here is the website to herr juggs http://herrjugsracing.com/index.html But like loco said look at all the site sponsers and see which one you want they are all great guys.
  5. Since your in cali you should send your juggs to kevin at herrjuggsracing hes very popular in these forums for building sick motors. Theres other builders on here and you can check site sponsors if you want a diff builder. Or if you feel better with your local one go with it. Get ya a good port job dune/hillshooter port adjustable timing plate cool head with interchangeable domes. allows you to change compression in your motor. That will have you around 635 bucks give or take for shipping charges. The port is what is really gonna wake her up and best bang for the buck next to pipes. Also if your tors are still on your carbs take them off. This will get you started and like loco said its a drug you wont stop till there are just no more parts to buy.
  6. what budget are you looking at? And for your motor builder I wouldn't listen to a 4stroke builder for tips on 2stroke power. If its a friend and you dont want to tell him you are going to someone else thats up to you. But porting needs to be left to the pros.
  7. first off no one will give out port numbers to anyone. This is what separates jim-bobs porting service aside from f.a.s.t or herrjuggsracing. so if you needing porting done talk to one of the site sponsers they will help you out. as for the timing plate alota people run +4 but talk to your motor builder and they can help you out there And then for the pipes thats on what kinda riding you do. Since you listed fmf toomy and dmc then I'm going to guess you ride in the woods for the majority. I wouldn't just limit to those 3 pipes I would also consider the pro circuit platinums. And then bbcmudtruck has already priced everything for you. Oh and a couple bolt ons will beat your buddys stock 450. And after you port it and stroke it. Depending on how "built" the other 450 is you will be able to hold your own there too.
  8. 40:1 will be fine I ran 38:1 and i used klotz benol great stuff and smelled awesome when it burnt. there are plenty of quality oils out there and just as many threads of whats the best so just search for it and you will find what you need. as for the bore the head is the top part of the motor where the plugs sit. and the cylinders/jugs are the next part below it. the juggs are what get bored out for new pistons not the head. and you can go all the way to 100 over before new sleeves but alot of people stop at 80 or 90 over just for reliability purposes.
  9. Are you talking about spacer plate for the head? If so if you have an aftermarket head get some 4mil cut domes they are more reliable. If you have a stock head then you can run the spacer plate. As for the cylinders if they are already ported for a standard stroke crank. Then I am certain you will need new cylinders to have them ported for a 4 mill crank.
  10. if you know how to put pistons in yourself and take the head off and put it back on along with the gaskets your looking around 300 bucks for 2 new pistons and a bore/hone job give or take 20 bucks. Its not hard at all to do your own top end rebuild just gotta find someone to bore your cylinders to what you need them. The site sponsors offer bore jobs and are highly recommended.

wow very nice. I'm a die hard buckeyes fan but I got a bad feeling with the ducks and their 100 uniforms. Masoli is a beast and so is their rb james. Have fun man don't get too drunk.
  12. The plug backing out is its way of telling you something Isn't right probably due to detonation. This could also be why your pistons are starting to show dings and pits and shit. It happened to me twice and both times the right cylinder looked worse than the left. To check if your piston is stock if you can manage to get the carbon off the piston there will be letters on top the piston STD which is stock. If you can't find anything on the piston you will need to have the pistons micrometerd to tell you the bore size. I'm sure they can gauge the cylinder also to tell you the bore. But if your pistons are starting to explode you will need new ones. Now about your plug, detonation often happens when you use low quality fuel. Make sure your running some 92-93 octane pump gas. Also air leaks can cause this too. Don't run it till you fix it if you keep running it like it is and the piston gets too hot it will start to grenade in there and loose lots of metal chucks and shit then next is your crank/rods will get too hot and start to get all jacked up too. You need to find out if your head is aftermarket or if you have a stock head that has been milled to have more compression. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on the detonation part.
  13. Nice i like it your cuts look just like mine. And if you wanna post pics like everyone else has that show the pic in the actual post you want to copy and paste the IMG code from photo bucket to the topic reply.
  14. andrew im diggin those fronts i vote keep it like that that looks sick.
  15. I used klotz benol the stuff was great and smells awesome when it burns but if you live in a cold place its not recommended as it will freeze when the temps drop too low I always kept it in a warm place never had a problem using it here in ohio. And I ran my ratio at 38:1 so ya 40 will be just fine everyone has their preference to ratio numbers. I've seen people say they've used 50:1 and others will run 32:1. I never had a problem with 38:1
  16. post in the wanted section that you need a cross over tube a lot of friendly people on here who part out shees all the time and someone will have a tube for you for pretty good price.
  17. When your sitting in the lobby and you see like find match private match create class ect ect... That is when you invite all your friends to your lobby. Once all of them join then just click find match and go to what ever game you guys like to play. Yes once you guys make a party and join a game together you will stay together and play together until you turn it off. Very important tho. If you guys back out of a game lobby because you don't like the map or need to pick someone else up. The party leader needs to back out first. This is the guy who invited everyone in the beginning. If someone backs out before the leader then he will have to be re-invited to the lobby again.
  18. stroker crank 795 series pistons you can run spacer plate but i prefer running a cool head with stroker domes. and im sure anything over +7 mil you need to machine the case. I ran a +4 mil with cool head and stroker domes.
  19. either send your cylinders to kevin her from herr juggs racing or send them to jeff at farmandsandtoys and get them ported or like said before buy some cheetah cylinders they are the site sponsors and they do incredible work and porting is the cheapest mod for the most power. and then get ya a cool head with some 20 cc domes unless you want to run race fuel then get ya like some 18cc domes this will bump your compresion up and wake her up. I've used both chariot and noss heads they are both great peices and i would recomend either one. vforce 3 reeds also play around with the gearing on your sprockets the lower you go in the front the more low end she will have but it will also take some of the top end away and vice versa.
  20. skys the limit on mods only thing that stops mods is how deep the wallet is. How much you got to spend and what is done to it now?
  21. Yep look right in front of your rear motor mount and you should see a hole where that will plug into.
  22. You need to find out if eb games does a midnight release I dont know what an eb games is. But our gamestop does a midnight release for pretty much all the big named releases like the halo's and gears of war and shit like that.
  23. Yep mines already paid for its been paid for for a few weeks now. I will be there tonight with a couple buddies to pick it up. I hope they will keep some sort of zombie's game mod in it.
