  1. Thanks for your help I think im going to take it to a shop and have them look at it and tell me whats going on, I dont want to throw it all in the trash by doing something stupid like a spacer or anything. I have jeff from fast cuting me domes for a coolhead to match these pistons, should I tell him to hold up on it or will i need them anyway?
  2. This is the post from which I bought the set up from http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=84041
  3. for some reason I think I need a thicker gasket becouse if I put my stock piston in the new jug it still hits the head a little bit, which would tell me the jug has been cut for some reason. No doubt the new piston is taller and hits the head more than the stock one, but if I can get a thick enough gasket wont this solve the problem? also the kid that had it before me (nitroburner13)says he had a stock bottom end, but had a cooper gasket on the head.
  4. so with that being said what should I do to fix this problem, is there some kind of spacer I can use
  5. the only thing it says on the rod is 29L but I have no idea what that stands for, is that stock?
  6. I bought the bike awhile ago and thought it was stock but could be wrong, these jugs were on a stock crank bored and ported heavily, how can I tell if my crank is a 4 mill or long rod? What should I do?
  7. looks like were in the same area. I just got my frame, swingarm, footpegs, kickstart, and some other little stuff sandblasted and powdercoated for 350 by affordable coating and it came out great its a four stage candy red. heres some pics
  8. Well let me start by saying I dont know to much about moters. Im rebuilding my banshee frame up and trying to get more power, so I got a set of jugs that are ported by trinity (stage 3) and the pistons that he was runing with it that are 68.92mm. I got home and put it all together and theres a problem, the f**king pistons are hitting the head. I bought the banshee off some kid and dont know if the rod is stock or what, but when you look at the intake you can see the ports dont line up like they should, the piston go's to far down and up. So how do I know if I have a stock size rod and is there any way to get some sort of spacer or anything to fix this problem? Here are some pics of what Im talking about.
