Shit the last one i saw on a kfx450 plugged in between the fuel injector and ECU. thats a fail at best. i dont even think the honda car guys would touch something like that,

good ideas. ive seen a few clutch covers torn up from the aftermarket impeller making frequent contact. People dont realize the impeller just "floats" in there.

this is what i was told by sudco. (them or jetsrus. its been awhile)

it will take more than your average drill bit to drill them. probably carbide. i found a piece of tubing that fit well with a bit of sanding and drilled it to fit the bolt. not a long wearing solution though but mine was for a drag bike. theres also the option of some bushings for the link to fit the smaller bolt.

For those of you who have hand problems like i do the smoove power makes it easier to ride too. the hit and pull really takes its toll after a couple hours.
