School project aside nothing he has done is practicable or useful. $500 for an intake a mile long and a single throttle body? sorry if i dont trip over myself to get in line, basic rules still apply here and a bunch of intake volume isnt helping you. Evan aka the358bansh had an almost perfect setup. the recent thread with the motorcycle shows that. it fuckin works! megasquirt is very powerful and very reasonably priced! using throttle bodies from an OEM application is a no brainer, again they fuckin work! retrofitting a a 4stroke efi is an exercise in futility. piggy back tuners for the majority of that shit cost what a microsquirt does. Shit the last one i saw on a kfx450 plugged in between the fuel injector and ECU. thats a fail at best. i dont even think the honda car guys would touch something like that,

  8. trx 90 is supposed to have a different thumb lever though, reportedly easier to push. havent tried one yet though.

  12. good ideas. ive seen a few clutch covers torn up from the aftermarket impeller making frequent contact. People dont realize the impeller just "floats" in there.

  18. this is what i was told by sudco. (them or jetsrus. its been awhile)
  19. it will take more than your average drill bit to drill them. probably carbide. i found a piece of tubing that fit well with a bit of sanding and drilled it to fit the bolt. not a long wearing solution though but mine was for a drag bike. theres also the option of some bushings for the link to fit the smaller bolt.
  20. For those of you who have hand problems like i do the smoove power makes it easier to ride too. the hit and pull really takes its toll after a couple hours.
