  1. using the term 'ported and polished' makes me wonder what you did to the cylinders?
  2. aftermarket reeds on stock cages is a good option i cannot tell the difference between them and my old vforces. Rather than waste money on a coolhead, put it towards porting. mill the stock head .030 or so and have fun.
  3. they are very picky about jetting and are definately not a tight trails pipe.
  4. the only reason i knew my crank bearing went out is it trashed the top end when it did it tear it down and have a look inside everywhere. it will be cheaper.
  5. no because you didnt even make an effort to check on the stator and pickup like was mentioned. people wont help you if you just rule out stuff like that. you have to help yourself here. Ive pulled my side cover off and found it full of sand even though its sealed.
  6. i want a different swingarm but everyone is gonna want a different length.
  7. the question is, can you afford to fix yourself and the bike after you wreck it the first ride with the twist throttle?
  8. never miss another shift!
  9. you can order full flights either way, for banshee length shocks and yfz length shocks. the yfz shocks are around 2 inches longer.
  10. for what the yfz stuff costs now days its not worth it.
  11. get some t connectors and run 2 boost bottles.
  12. they are like $5 at the parts store
  13. sounds like you need to spend some time adjusting the head pipes. they fit snug to the frame (something thats rare with banshee pipes) and will take a bit of time go setup properly so everything slides together.
  14. letting off the throttle and using the engine to slow down is backloading a transmission.
  15. cuz we are broke ass banshee owners.
