  1. get a sponsor to port your cylinders and re chamber your stock head for your riding. best bang your your buck. most will just say buy this or that. we need to break that trend.
  2. 10 minutes with a lathe and it can be an 8 plate. probably less seeing as its an 8 plate basket.
  3. you can get one at a hardware store. the one i found was a bit tall but a couple minutes with a file and it fit.

  5. the term drill is used loosely in his post i think. the plate is harder than hell and will burn up most drill bits. i used a die grinder with a stone in it to open the holes up and whatnot.
  6. there a pretty good chance that being a drag port, they could not be ported for a bigger crank. 7mil stock cylinder bike would be fun. i was originally going to build one.
