  1. i have no idea what this means but its still funny
  2. either one will work. i have the horizontal reservoir one from like a 2009 and it is alot nicer than the early ones. you will drill out the top mount and have to make a new sleeve for the bottom mount as the banshee uses bigger bolts. i might be able to help with this if i can find the material i used to make my new lower sleeve. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v114/Fraggster/DSC00860.jpg
  3. the plug if read correctly can give you more of an indicator than a wideband also. after all it is at the scene of all the activity.
  4. a wideband 02 sensor measures left over oxygen in the exhaust which will tell you nothing about timing. you need to shoot your "tuner" or whoever you are getting your info from.
  5. if its loose you might be OK. i have a trans that its welded in there solid. someone really did some coasting. edit- if you are cheap like me, make sure to grease the new rod and ball real good during install and run 2 qts of oil rather than 1.5. Just a precaution.
  6. its a serious question too. i can see if you had some nice drag ported cylinders and wanted more of a dune port or if you wanted to throw in a little cash and you had some virgin bore cylinders....
  7. you really thought someone would send you the equivalent of probably $300 for free?
  8. i ride the shit out of mine everywhere except the mud. just not a fan of washing it off anymore.
  9. how hard would it be to put a step on the shaft that the impeller could bottom out on? maybe secure it with a roll pin in place of the pin that drives the gear? Im not saying that the impeller shouldnt be made of aluminum, just that in a banshee the plastic might be a better option...
  10. hydraulic supply store. make sure you tell them you need the high temp ones.
  11. +1 the impeller doesnt have much to center it other than rubbing on either the clutch cover or the little water pump cover. it 'floats' in the bearing. a better design is needed.
  12. mcmaster.com or msc should have metric heims.
  13. Nothing significant. more of a clean up the frame deal. the frames like DwnSouth posted are more drag oriented.
  14. mikini jet sizing is different from keihin. the number for the keihin is the actual size of the hole in the jet while mikuni is based on the flow rate at a certain depression with a full moon on the longest day of the year or some shit. I also run jjh needles with my r2's but the n68a needles work great with the t5's
  15. only way to know is give it a whirl.
  16. 140/45 with r2's and porting. needs to drop another main size after more transfer work on the cylinders.
  17. I guess i should scrap these junkers then...
