    looks like the bodies are done in silver. i considered doing mine when i was on a coating spree this winter but the time to mask stuffs off and prep them was more than i wanted to do. i am lazy.

    mine have a tackweld on them. it was that way when i got it so either a previous owner did it or it came that way from the factory.

    i know some guys like to use rtv. and while thats all fine and dandy, remember that rtv is not fuel resistant. just some food for thought.

    good point. if the paint is missing or flaked around any welds double check the straightness of the frame. you never know if the previous over was doing 100mph on his stock banshee and hit something.

    carbon fiber doesnt like to flex i guess. TDR makes a fiberglass replacement for the vforce reeds.

    i dunno what your next weekend is but i will be there this sunday. a white/black banshee, a red/black banshee and a girl on a red rancher. hopefully it will be decent other than the wet sand.

    first thing i would do is check the radiator cap i guess. it is supposed to be a pressure relief.
