  1. check that head to make sure its straight and then the cylinder too. what i see is scuffing from overheating since it was obviously using coolant.
  2. i liked mine way better with the lower gearing since its kinda high strung. helps get stuff turning faster i guess.
  3. haha im not even sure what that is. that might be your issue then carry on boys.
  4. what format are they in? as in what is the extension. most cameras you can change what format it saves them in. raw, png, jpeg, etc.
  5. bikebandit has them for $30 or so. not sure if one of the sponsors has then cheaper or not. And you know you are curious http://www.wickedatv.com/duportal30/home/detail.asp?iData=10659&iCat=274&iChannel=8&nChannel=Products
  6. i think most run new or good used stock ones. otherwise if you are feeling rich theres always billet
  7. It all depends on what you use the bike for and how you like it to handle. I like lots of paddle and low gearing on my play bike.
  8. there is your problem. get a damn clymers manual and follow the directions EXACTLY. I just snug them up though.
  9. exactly. it is no harder to tune than 1 carb. couple extra steps? sure, but no harder. that motofast pipe falls off on the top end more than a "bit" and duning is where you want some top end.
  10. They are a radial tire and very flexible compared to like a 6ply razr tire. the only place my razr tire has traction is damp dirt. anything hardpack or really loose and you arent going anywhere.
  11. Really dont need these since i am going to buy carbs that are already setup on alky. They are used but new looking and polished. Fits 35mm+ PWKS and 34pj's. $100 shipped
  12. IF you know someone that is handy with welding cast it could be done on a budget. I have a friend that does alot of stuff with cast intakes on cars so welding it up would be a no-brainer for me. a shop might charge you a bit though.

  14. actually you cant even do that here on bhq without getting flamed.
  15. Brandon will most likely be doing my cheetah and ive talked to several builders so far and liked what he had to say the most.
  16. you dont. obviously if the porting looks like it was done with a chainsaw and finished off with a chisel then stay away. Buy from Members in good standing with good feedback.
  17. Like i said , you could have some drag ported cylinders and some trail ported cylinders side by side and other then port shape, you may not be able to tell the difference with out measuring.
  18. pics wont do you any good. the differences are small.
  19. ive had an LED tail light on my banshee for a few years now, well before i ever did the dc conversion. it flickers a bit at idle but otherwise no issues.
  20. I was talking to sheeBnasty and i mentioned i had one and he got serious and said that tanner's really pisses him off.
  21. wossner is a forged piston. camatv has used them i think. they make pistons for my stock stroke cheetah which are otherwise only available for like $400 from trinity so i will be using wossners instead.
  22. theres quite a bit of difference between what most consider a trail port and most consider a drag port.
  23. a ported stock stroke or 4mil stock cylinder will take care of them. my stock stroke has no problem out running them. spending some time setting everything up to work together works wonders. knowing what your setup wants is key. no 2 are the same. little things like crisp jetting, gearing and knowing when to re-gear if changing riding surfaces and even tires make a bike that is fun to ride.
  24. how long are clutches lasting for you guys?
