  1. I looted around the shop until I found a piece of tubing with the right ID and then just had to clean up the OD with Emery cloth on my lathe. Just have to look around and see what you can use!
  2. What lead you to think its a big problem?
  3. Good point on the plug cap. I had one slowly die and it would foul one plug just enough to cause a soft miss after a few hours. Drove me nuts until it died completely out on the dunes and I was left with a single cylinder banshee.
  4. Air leak, float height low compression in one cylinder are a few things that can do that. If you feel like you are chasing your ass on jetting you need to start from the beginning. Check for air leaks, check compression, clean and properly set the carbs, etc. Even a leak at the exhaust to cylinder joint can do it.
  5. Wtf even tdr is selling this shit?
  6. Banshee shocks are far too short anyways. Also the later yfz's used the bigger tie rods.
  7. I can pick it up in a month and deliver it to guymon OK on my way home!
  8. Why didnt you just buy Banshee stuff? Anyways you ran into what me and a lot of others have. You need at least a banshee +3 tie rod or an early yfz +1. And yes they sit annoyingly low in the front for not having any sag.
  9. Exactly. A 7mil is as big as readily fits in a stock cylinder. This is one of those things where if you gotta ask, you aren't gonna build one. There also was a thread just recently about this.
  10. Way stiffer. Mine sinks about an inch with a +10 and I weigh 175.
  11. Drill out the top bushing and make a new one for the bottom. The bottom one is hardened and most aren't equipped to drill something like that. I also had to shave down the sides of the top one to fit the ears on the frame.
  12. I as well as some others do but in short, leave the silencers on it. Otherwise join the Tyler Clark fan club and just run stingers.
  13. You have a 300+ HP Banshee? Proof?
  14. Everyone on bhq dates models and porn stars. Duh.
  15. If you still need one I can send you one off mine. Shits isnt gonna run any time soon. Then when you are done ill tell you where to send it back to since I am on the road for work. Pm me and I can probably send it tomorrow.
  16. They had aftermarket stuffs too , they raced the shit out of them bikes. Still do even. Wish I wasn't broke I would get them for my xs650.
  17. I give it how ever long it takes Tyler to blow his load in their mouth ....
  18. Could be off the back of an old street bike if they are that stiff.
  19. Every time I change plugs I take a minute to look at them. They are at the scene of the crime and can give you hints to problems about to happen.
  20. You can do a plug chop like that but not really read the thread base and electrode. I like to ride around WFO for an hour and then check. Different surfaces will affect the plug reading too. I can ride around home in the dirt with it jetted rich but as soon as I get it in the sand where it really loads the engine it will kill the plugs fairly quickly.
  21. Take it out and whip its ass. Thats not enough ride time to read the end.
  22. How long were they in there? They don't look like they have had much heat put in them.
  23. The way I look at it, you put something together expecting it to fail and do everything you can to prevent that. For those who don't understand that go spend some time around a combine. Mechanical nightmare.
  24. Sprinters 400 is a HEARTBREAKER. just mentioning it gets some people in a tizzy.
