  1. They usually do. Grab some extra lock washers for the sprocket nut and clutch nut. Never fails i need one getting ready for the dunes at least once a season.

  5. Wossner and wsm are different. Cast pistons will give a longer service life in your average trail rider if setup properly. Fwiw i will be running wossers in my 392 cheetah.

  14. These are the cylinders ive been working on the past few years during my foray into porting 2 strokes. They run very well. It has been to the last 2 bhq rides and snake hunt. 190* exhaust with the transfers staggered from 130 to 128. Angles mostly stock. .020 base gasket It has a stock head that mull engineering cut to match the porting and runs on 91 octane. Timing is set at +3. It is highly recommended to run this head or if you prefer a coolhead to have dome cut for it. Its a running topend but needs at least pistons if not bored as it has piston slap. Compression is fine. Current bore is 64.75. You will get the cylinders, head and pistons. I can also make the buyer a deal on ported stock reed cages with boysen reeds and low hour stock intakes. Asking $300 or reasonable offer. I dont respond to bs offers. not really interested in trades but will consider them.
  15. I did my current cylinders over 3 years of testing changes along with hours and hours of reading. Watching some video or write up is shit. How the fuck can you understand what you are doing without understanding the theories in play? I have more in tools than the price of a good port. It was fun and i learned alot while ending up with a bike that runs very well. I may do another set some day but i decided that wildcard would be doing my cheetah.

  17. I was told dm's dont come with the ports setup anyways. that is left up to the builder.
  18. There are some on the north side depending on the wind. Nothing as long though. Last fall there was some near verticle idiot holes
  19. Some strippers remove anodizing. Chlorinated brake cleaner should clclean them up.
