    I run about 70/30. What zilla said about antifreeze is true. Im not convinced overheating is due to any sort of design flaw. Plugged radiator or one thats beat to shit comes to mind as more likely along with jetting.

    Oem. if you look at how its designed it just floats in its bearing. yamaha thought plastic was best and i see no reason to fix what isnt broke.

    Mine are powdercoated gloss black. Seems to do fine. As far as performance 99% of people will never notice.

    Ive run it since forever it seems. Im a bit lazier on changing it than most. It does discolor faster. I tend to use the clutch aggressively in the sand and clutches last far longer than using other oil which is why i changed to it in the first place. D

    Yes the knobbies work but there is a decent difference with front sand tires. dirt tires dont turn for shit when the sand is very dry.

    If they are a real cunt run a hacksaw blade in there and reassemble the saw and gently cut through them while checking often that you arent cutting into the link.

    You can pick up used arms for cheap. I gave 250 for my chrome LSR arms. I would go that route before wasting money on fuckflights.

    Never said they didnt. just that it is not usually done that way.

    Base gaskets are used to adjust squish and or port hights. rarely are they used to change compression.
