E85 is not as corrosive and in the mid west is easily obtained. Ive never really looked into methanol or where to get it. The car was a drag/fun car and with 46lb/hr injectors and 18-22 lbs of boost, MPG was not a major concern, but it did manage about 20mpg on the highway offboost. E85 is becoming the rage because of its 105 octane rating and cooler burning, There are guys running unheard of amounts of initial timing with E85 as opposed to pump gas or even race gas.

I know he does. I respect that. But the first 2 'ingredients' listed are tolene and xylene giving be the impression they are the 2 major ones. This is 110 Leaded. In the fall-spring seasons, race gas is not sold here, forcing me to make it. it costs twice as much but thats the persuit of going fast. This is in a 2.3 turbo mustang. This summer shortly before i was forced to sell it I converted it to E85 with VERY promising results. I am researching into converting the banshee but need some more reliable conversion formulas to try and figure out jetting.

so then my supplier is lying to me and the label on the pump is false.

I love my razr2s. the amount of shit they throw up when i ride on sand and loose pack is amazing, they have to be doing something in the way of traction. i can usually wheelie pretty easy in sand too something thats hard with most dirt tires for me.

toluene (114 octane) and xylene (117 octane) are the main components in race gas.

The fall Jamboree is at the end of this month. The park is opened back up fresh from pumping. This means 6+ foot cliffs to make jumps and lots of virgin sand. I am 90% sure i will be there provided that the banshee does not sell before then. just gotta get my new chain ordered up.

Need something decent but not outragously priced. I would like to hear what you reccomend/run and why. Mine is a bolt on banshee with 15/41 gearing and stock swinger. sees mostly sand and a bit of water if the need arises.

exactly. i wouldnt mind seeing some pics of them and of the build if you get to it before i do (you probably will)

ive been wanting to design one for mine that bolts to the swing arm as i want to keep the stock swinger and the shock and just have the wheelie bar for the drags along with my paddles (any other time i run around on my razr2's)

i run mobil 1 full seynthetic 80w in mine. i dunno how its 80w as its like water, shits even clear too. IT works awesome though, i can actually find neutral, something that ive always had a bit of trouble with on my yamahas. The shifting is soo much nicer. Next time i change it im gonna try synthetic ATF and see how that is.
