  1. Never I will pay 4500$ for a damn frame, rather making one myselft. You draw it, spot the place where you need more support Make some math to find out, what you need
  2. How 'bout doing you're research and search NHRA rule ?
  3. Everything is on the link I gave, for him and his bike it's the best time investement he can make, he need to be able to tune his bike.
  4. Yap, There's a whole thread writting about whole engine rebuild.
  5. I believe thoses pistons can give, the power they claim, with Vitos port work.
  6. It's a jetting issue, Read this, http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/jetfaq.html If you have question after reading it, ask them!
  7. Brandon is right. In term of engine, performance or reliabily you get what you pay for. You can't just mill a head and here you go, you need personalisation, if you care a bit for you're bike.
  8. I would go with the head shave or 2mm spacer plate. Don't go bigger than 33mm Carb You don't need a new clutch good ol' set of Toomey will do the work.
  9. I hate to heard this, cubs can go in trial, ask to the builder the port them in consequence.
  10. If I remember right, the blaster in the mid 80, had this type of tune, the piston didn't open all the port completly. 0.2mm plate can run.
  11. you'll have other answer, make up you're mind with all you can find.
  12. 4mm @ 3,5'...Com'on..who run those number?
  13. I never like 2:1 carb, if you want ''pure power'' get 2 carbs. Before buying anything else, i'll get my quad up to a builder and ask for a check up and tune. According to you port job, type of ridding, your engine ask what's next.
