im actually in the process of probably getting a refund on my Full flights,,my shocks just came in today he said so i guess i eamiled him at a good time, he offered me chromoloy upgraded heim joints and i said i was still suspect about all the heim joints though, he said "let us know what u want to do".... so i emailed him back and asked if i could have the $370 refund for what the a-arms cost and let me keep the works shocks.. so well see what he says tomarow..

anyone got some +2 arftermarket arms they would sell ? good condition, nothing beat up

ok so with the 450 length shock in there it added 2 1/4" ... so with stock length works shocks, its gona make it even wider and lower right? and would then also feel very soft since technically it would be more than +2 and they are valved/sprung for +2

when u say u found +2 1/4" on the 450 side compared to the stock side, did the 450 armed side have the 450 shock mounted with it or the stock length shock?

i run t5's and vf3's, im at 0-1000 ft and run 300 mains, i have an airbox though

im in, only thing im worried about is how low it would sit with works shocks built for +2 arms.. still cant get an answer from anyone...

maybe u installed them wrong, and/or have an air leak somewhere around yuour intake manifold or carberators? did u put all the intake boots on right and tighten down the hose clamps? put the carberators back together right? all hoses hooked up properly?

so are the yfz basically a +2 on each side like another set of +2's or are they wider? im asking becuase i have works shocks coming valved and built for +2 a-arms, but the 450 arms look like they are wider and it looks like the shock mounts are farther out, obvisouly generating more leverage correct? would i be able to use this works shock built for +2 with the yfz 450 a arms? or would it sit real low too the ground ? will the works shock be the same lemght as a standard banshee shock or longer cause its for +2?

yea you need an idle screw kit, like $30 or less... also make sure you unplug the main plug from the black tors box mounted to the frame up by the radiator,,, without unplugging that main connection, it will never idle, no matter what

stock pipes full set + heat sheilds brand new toomey dual foam filter reeds/cages, still work great, just took em out the other week open to any reasonable offers, trades will have a set of stock a arms for sale in the next week too, whenever my +2's arrive, few dents in lower arms, normal stuff. still straight, were sanded and painted black.. take any reasonable offers on them too if anyone wants em

barrymaxx where abouts in the poconos? is it legal? do you have to pay.. ect.. poconos is less than an hour from me.. id love to tear up the pconos

we dont ride IN scranton, we ride in a couple areas right around it thoug, within 5-10 mile.. out in the booneys, awesome trail riding.. lookin for more places though, were thinkin about just parkin and tryin new places,, ever mile or so u see little dirt parkion lots on the side of route 6, with trucks/trailers parked, trails leadin in the woods evwyehrre around that area, about 1hour 15 min drive for us.. where abouts do u guys ride??

i got say the best all around tire ive ridden with, especially for traction, is the holeshot GNCC< little pricey, but they hook up AMAZING, awesome spacing and cleanout, amazing tire, looks like it will wear faster than the razr 2's did, but its worth it for the traction

yea they will be here this week im prety sure, its been 3 weeks now.. said shocks took 2 to build.. what excuse do u think id have best luck with... that i think the build quality is shitty and powdercoat is horrible, and the heim joints look to suspect... or that im a total idiot and ordered thre wrong arms not knowing they had all heim joints... i have heard of people getting a refund, but i really wana keep the works tripple rates!! hahaha, thats all i want, they are gona be so sweat... hope he takes back the arms, he will stll be making profit on selling me the shocks, obvisouly. or he wouldnt be sellin em... and i will check the for sale section on here, havnt reallly checked eveything out yet, just joined last week... thanks

theres a good shop that has a guy whos real into suspensions in new jersey, about 15 mins from PA, its near Easton PA and Phillipsburg NJ, called RRP, if your intrested i will give you the information

why not just sell the R1 shock on ebay or whatever, and get yourself a shock built for a banshee?

honestly learn how to ride your banshee... you shouldnt be gettin kiled, or even beaten by a raptor 700 or 450's.... even stock for stock, i was runnin right next to both of those bikes on a banshee... but you should definatly get a set of toomey's/rejet your carbs and get some reeds... especially at 110pounds, u should be SMOKIN them

im new around here as u can see, but i totally agree with you guys, there shouldnt be a double standard,, if they wana censor somethin like this websight,,,, then they arnt true banshee/offroad enthusiasts, they are more worried about small amounts of money and amount of members they have from the sounds of it..i dont see what is wrong with being a member to more than one forum and going to more then one place to ask advice/bullshit, its just the dam internet, some people take this shit too far..

for only like $30 more i can get a nice +2 set from alba..no shitty heim joints all over them and thicker... u think full flight would refund me for the a arms and let me keep the shjocks?

yea man i du no, the more and more i read about them in the forums and hear bad stuff,, i was also questioning the .120 thickness too, and the heim joints themselves look suspect to me... i regret ordering them now to be honest, but i got the combo with the tripple rate works w/ rez's, they said the shocks would be done being built witrhihin the next couple days, so i guess its to late to cancel it hahaha, i think i will wait till i get them, then send the arms back and say im not satisfied and ask for the price of the a arms seperatly refunded, and keep the works tripple rates, what do u think?

you ride motocross or something? i dont understand why u think a heim joint would just snap..?
