yea razr 2's are great tires, i loved mine, yea there are tires that will hook better in different conditions, but the razr2 is a great all around tire if your not doing mx or something along those lines, when i had them i rode on all different terrain, and they worked great, they are a great all around tire and last way longer than itp's which are definatly a softer compound and have the split knob design, which will hook up better of course, but not last as long as the harder beefy single knobs the razr2 uses. they got a nice sidewall too, very meaty, and dont j udge them by the pictures on the internet, they must have 50psi in those things or somethin, because they are not balloon like they look, they are very flat, and handle great, i switched to gncc's cause they hook up so great, but they wear horrible, too soft, and the split knob is great for traction but they just get destroyed.

razr 2's last awesome... mine lasted a long time... itp's are the ones that wear like that, but hook great

maxxis razr 2 , they wear awesome, they have very good traction too, and slide great, they wear out alot slower than all the ITP's

a while back a guy had his for sale, i forget the name and stuff, i think outlaw was in it, forget the company that did it? it had the 250r frontend geometry i think? anyone remember what im talkin about, he said it was 1 of liek 32 made, where can i find some info on them and pictures

you probabably messed up the adjustment on the top of the carb on the throttle cable and it doesnt have enough slack to let the slide all the way down, adjust the cable on top of the carb and get them in sync, goin up and down together

the pilots sound too big, depending on what kind of porting he has done, i would guess probaly a play/mx kinda port right? most guys have the 27.5 pilots in, and around a 340 main jet or so i beleieve, sound rich on the pilot and lean on the main, try to go down on the pilots and definatly up on the mains, unless the motor isnt ported? does he know where and what kind of porting he has done? alot of people confuse boring with porting... if the cylinders are ported,, i would way the main jet is way too lean, and the pilot is rich no matter what, is ther k&n cleaned and oiled right too?

you can run a lid with that.. i have the same thing and i used to run a lid, u just have to cut a couple little plastic tabs out of the box so itll fit down in there better.. stock the banshee comes with 220's at sea level, theres really no point on you runnin it with the lid off since u dont even have pipes, put your lid back on, get some of those little airbox vents, drill 6 1" holes on your lid and throw in some 240 main's, that is the exact setup i had for a while.. it ran great, also u have to take temperature into consideration, you live in FL, so its gona be hot all the time, which means the air is thinner, hot air less dense, cold air more dense...i guess the good thing about florida is u dont have winter so u wont have to rejet if ur doing winter riding.. try some 240 mains and if its runnin rich drill a few more holes on ur lid or jet down, either or, its up to u.... also if you are running good quality synthetic premix u dont need to run 32;1... run it at 40:1

bring the old bolts to a hardware store near you, if the guy knows what hes doing, or you know what your doing, you can match them up prety dam close, and you can get nice grade 8 hardened ones, i use all grade 8 hardened in my suspension especially
