  1. theres is a replacement for displacement , it comes in the form of a 347cc 2 cylinder 2 stroke.. just race him... too many factors involved..
  2. i have heard dont go any higher than dual rate on banshee shocks, because the stroke isnt even long enough to take advantage of anything more, unless you are going long travel and longer shocks
  3. not necessarily ... i have my stock rear rims flipped and they line up perfect with the front, end, but if you wana do it "right" then yea you should run the rims on the stock offset and get a wider axle i guess

  5. i run works at steelers , i love them,,,no ive never ridden on elkas, im sure they are great, but for the price they better be, after goin from stock width front end and stock shocks, to +2 and some triple rate at steelers, its night and day

  7. yea stock is 25, you wont gain any advantage by putting in larger pilot jets except a bog off idle haha..theres usually no reason to touch the pilot jet on a piped banshee, stock is fine

  9. full flight also offers all chomoly ones now too (they finally got with it..).. and they also offer upgraded chromoly heim joints for extra cash as well.. somethin to keep in mind, i ordered a set last spring, then backed out and told the guy i didnt trust the cheap heim joints and thin steel and no questions askes, immediatley, he offered me their upgraded chromoly heim joints at no extra charge, i said no thanks and he refunded me all my money no problem, seemed like a nice guy.
  10. yea the stock one for the shee is just a round peice of plastic that sits on the edge of the swingarm, its garbage and gets eatin up quick

  12. 4 sizes larger main jet for a k&n filter? who told you that? and 1 size larger for "air box mod".. what exactly is air box mod.. just take the dam lid off
  13. i destroyed my old carrier the same way, bearings were shot, kept riding it and destoryed the inside and outside edges of the carrier, your bets bet just buy a used one from someone on here $30-40 or so
  14. you guys are crazy... i never ridden any dunes but i couldnt imagine a 400 handling big hills too well..youd hit the bottom in 4th and end up in 2nd by the top! haha
  15. its pretty nice quality, otherwise, be nice if it was 1/4" instead of 3/16 but its polished real nice on the up side if that matters at all, it flares out real nice around the stator cover and clutch cover on both sides, its needs like a 4" square cut out of the bottom on both sides where it sits over the part of the frame where the pegs thread into, because its not level with the rest of the frame so it doesnt even sit flat against the frame , and the brackets to hold it to the frame are absolutley horrible, they look like they were intended for a arms, i couldnt even get the one in between my frame and stattor cover the hole was so bar back but luckilly i had an old a arm skid bracket and it was thinner so it could fit, im really just thinkign about taking it off and sending it back to them..id have to put like $10 worth of washers and better bolts on there to evebn make it work, not to mention probaly trim about 3-4" square off the bottom corner so it would sit flat

  17. well i decided to use a gift certificate i got for xmas on a pro armor engine skid plate from rocky mountain, the fit is horrible, it barley lines up, the alum brackets they give you are not even close to long enough, one hole is in about the worst spot possible, with the bracket jammed inbetween the stator cover and frame wedged in,,just absolutley horrible fit, dont ever buy one, its gona take like 50 washers to get this thing to mount up right so the bolts arnt goin in sideways into the brackets if you know what i mean, and the bolts they give you are about as cheap as they come , i could propbably bend them in my hands with 2 pairs of pliers, total garbage for $100, ill never buy anything from pro armor again
  18. all i have to say after reading all that is WOW... did you gusy ever track him down?! it shouldnt be very hard to do... return address on boxes or paypal gives name when you send payment..you should be able to get it from paypal if you won the dispute...

  21. why not a 450 or 700 if u wanted a 4 stroke for tight trails?
  22. got one in mine, grabs great, may as well use all 6hd springs unless you for forearms like a woman, its not hard to pull at all
  23. ghaha good story man, sounds like a couple trips of ours, the only thing worse than newbs on 4 wheels, is newbs on 2 wheels! trust me alot worse!!haha
