  3. hate to be an asshole but yea that thing looks like its pretty beat... your asking alot of money for a 5 year old bike that has never seen a pressure washer or any maintenance from the looks of it (except when you blew the thing up, from the sounds of it)... and how do you figure you have $8000 in parts on that thing?! not even close...
  4. all that time money and pain in the ass to put a motor in the banshee with mid to low 50's for horsepower,. not to mention a 4 stroke? seems like a waste of time...some guy on a stock bore and stroke banshee is gona blow your doors off and laugh at you
  5. id stick with maxxis, cant go wrong with the razr 1's, 2's would be a little aggressive for mx but are great for xc
  6. maybe im a bitch but i never hold my banshee WOT in 6th gear at top speed for more than 10 seconds at most, fuck that...i got nothing to prove, let everyone else run neck and neck down the road tryin to gain an inch past the other guy.. ill watch and laugh
  7. most people have their banshees jetted way too rich to begin with i think, i just think that what toomey recommend with their pipes, is alot closer to accurate than what most people are used to running, i always hear people say "my plugs are a perfect chocolate brown color".. they should be nowhere near chocolate brown if that helps at all, its up to you to play with it though, so many factors like airbox setup and filter come into play, i found on mine with t5's, vf3's and a k&n in the box with 8x4" hole cut through both layers of the top it runs best in the warmer weather with 280 mains, stock pilots and toomey needles on the 3rd clip down,(their recommendation of 4th clip is just too dam rich for me) and from 1.5-2 turns out on the air/fuel screws, i ride sea level to about 1000 ft in the warm weather, every bike is gona be different though

  9. always start on the rich side and move it down if needed,they will always tell you a little on the rich side for their sake.
  10. 20" gncc's in back and 21" gncc's up front, the fronts are awesome, the rears are disapointing, they hook up awesome though, definitly, but other than that, they are crap , if you could be sponsored a nd get a new pair every 10 rides theyd be great, theres no way they could hold up like razr 2's if you did the same type of ridingo nt he same machine, the compound is much softer, and they have the split knob which allows for more traction but quick wear, the worst tire i ever seen was the xct's, i watched my friend get a set and make them basically bald in less than 10 rides and thats on a 4 stroke too.. the gncc's hold up alot better than most the itps (i never seen the hd;'s in action but would never want em either) but as far as compared to maxxis tires, no way, maxxis has solid knobs and harder compound
  11. hey it goes both ways... theres plenty of morons out there on beat ass banshees that barley run,who think they got the hottest shit in the world cause its a banshee and they saw a video of a banshee on the internet beating a quad with a hyabusa motor in it, ill agree most the idiots are teenage 450 riders, but theres PLENTY of idiots on banshees giving us a bad name too...
  12. tors removal kit, with real idle screws, step 1 if its the stock needle try the 4th clip down and lean out more if need be leave the pilot stock, and play with the air fuel screws untill its idling good, give 20 seconds or so between adjustments, shouldnt have to turn it more than 2 or so turns out, anymore and ur pilot is too big,, 330's are WAY too big if that thing is stock other than t5's, depends alot on your air filter and airbox setup though, if you got a k&n and adapter in there, cut a huge hold in the top of the box, through both layers,or take the top totally off, and try some 300's which will be rich i bet, and then lean it out from there, depends on the temperature too, its been weird here latley, almsot in the 60;s in day then back to the 30's the next,,that will fuck ur jetting up, keep tjhat in mind

  15. just wait.... those tires are gona be bald in 10 rides if you hold your throttle more than half open, ill agree the gncc's hook up better than the razr 2's WHEN NEW, b ut after a few rides, theres not much left of them, not to mention they are out of round, and there are soft spots in them,,, i tried to complain to itp about them, but they wouldnt even give me the time of the day, fuck itp, they are crap, maxxis needs to copy that gncc tread design, add some bigger beffier shoulder knobs to em and youd have the perfect trail tire, and yea the 20x10x9's are small as hell, they looks like 19's or smaller next to my friends 20 inch razr 2's

  18. i dont. too many assholes/cops, and by the time i drive down south jersey where alot of people ride,, i could be in PA where the real riding is. fuck new jersey, i dont like looking over my shoulder and stopping and killing our motors listening for anyone following us.. takes all the fun out of riding.
  19. ouch, yea you may as well sell it now.. irazrs wouldnt do a goddam thing on big coal hills, they are nice tires for xc definitly , some of the runs are really lose, 8 trips to that area riding and my brand new meaty ass itp gncc's are know pathetic looking, the coal hills kicked their ass so fast, irazrs would be shot in a couple trips
