id take a grinder to the footrests first and shave those stupid plastic heal guard mounts off, aside from them lookin gay as hell, its just a sharp peice of metal sticking off the side ready to stab you if you flip, i shaved all the mounts off mine and painted them black with dupont non skid coating, very weird texture to it, like real fine grit in it, even when muddy they dont get slippery at all, it worked well and cost about $4, i used a wire wheel to strip the old paint then sanded them a bit, it holds up pretty well, and when i got a few chips in the paint, ill just respray them in a couple mins after washing

rashad caught him with a lucky shot, chuck had his hands down about to throw an upercut and got caught, it can happen to anyone, a guy like rashad with that speed and power is gona knock ANYONE out if he hits them square on the chin like he did to chuck, the punch couldnt have been more perfect, it was a sad day to see chuck all stiffened up fallin to the ground like a sack of potatoes maybe chuck will learn to k eep his hands up now and realize hes not the only one who can knock mother fuckers out im glad henderson won, he needed a win, he looked pretty good the franklin /hammel fight was far from exciting, but that was a nasty body kick that put hammel down, sounded like it really hurt im really excited for couture VS lesnar..... couture might be in trouble.. he even said it, "brock poses some interesting threats" ... couture is used to dominating with his wrestling and ground and pounding, it will be tough to hold down another world class wrestler, thats as big and strong as brock, i still got faith in the old man though, heopfully he wins then goes on to knock out Fedor, although fedor is one bad mother fucker, and that would be an amazing fight

Best soundin pipes which ones?
Michael Jackson replied to 907banshee's topic in Jetting & Exhaust Forum
the t6 makes more lowend than the t5 both good all around pipes i think the t5's rev higher, cpis are a top end pipe, fmfs have good low end and good all around pipe, i hear pro circuit is the best low end pipe out there sound is all preference, no matter what pipe you run, its still a banshee, they all sound great -
try the 3rd groove down from blunt end on the toomey needle, they recommend 4th but that was too rich for me, leaning it out one made a world of difference, cleaned up the bottom end alot

seem good to me, i have no complaints and havnt read on on rocky mountains website either, they comes with bushings installed, good quality ball joints, powdercoated tie rods, and rocky mountain will back them up, i crashed into my friends dirtbike head on, both goin like 30 mph, bent 2 balljoints bad, they air mailed me 2 next day 100% free, they sell the individual ball joints for like $30 each, the arms are all chromoly , and one of the only if not the only +2+1's that also have skidplates made for them which is one of the main reasons i got em, powdercoat is strong, takes alot of rocks and shit to them where i ride, only one chip in the powder where i didnt tighten down an a arm skid bracket tight enough and it spun when i hit a huge rock and dug in, that was my fault though, welds and evertything look great, and yea they are very uncommon, rocky mountain only sells them and those HDUSA ones for way more money. they work great and look good and i have no complaints, im probably one of the few people with them though, probably the only one on here with them, anyone who was interested, you wont be disappointed, another option to consider for anyone lookin for +2+1's, they were $550 with the skid plates and all hardware

i know alot of people have asked me what they look like mounted, they are an odd looking a arm for sure, but the boxy look kind of flows with the banshee well, i love em..anyway here are a couple pics, they have been g reat the last 2 seasons note the custom creased front bumper, compliments of trees across the tri state

Pennsylvania Hill Climbs...

do you live near there? i went to watch those about 5 years ago, those guys are nuts, some fast fuckin bikes up there arnt they having another one in 2 weeks? -
yep, all that is a start, clean gas/oil, clean airfilter, new plugs, compression test, check all jetting circuits , carbs synced, idle screws set right? *(if installed)
-
look at both with your intake boots out of the way so u can see the slides good, press throttle very very very gently, and wait to see which one moves first, do it very slow because sometimes if you hit it hard and fast they both look like they are moving together, but when u really slow ur thumb down you might have one opening a split second before the other, the sync tool is just measuring the vaccume pressure on each side and giving you a reading, makes it easier.. i guess

yea, put them on if your plugs get the color of chocolate after a good bit of rippin, the main is probably a little rich, the plugs should never get that dark really, should be more tanish than chocolate brown
-
i like his straight forward attitude, i am the same way and respect that, but sometimes i feel like hes just putting on a show trying to impress other members of the forum i still think he wins the prize for gayest thread in the history of an ATV forum though... we all know which one im referring to :yelrotflmao:

sometimes the aftermarket reeds require you to lean out the main, because they will draw the fuel/air mixture through with more velocity than the stock ones, i never heard of bumping the pilot jet up a size because of reeds though, your jetting sounds pretty damn close, maybe a tad rich on the main jet? how does it run?

if you want tough tires that take a beating get the razr2's, the 20 inch rears are big enoughh, the 22's are HUGE id get 20" rear, 22" fronts, great combo
-
+2+1 are fine for trails, the banshee is already very narrow to begin with, 4 inches isnt gona make you hit trees dont worry, and for a weekend warrior you dont need to spend $700+ on these big name brand a arms,$400-500 there are alot of choices

the way you call it "p-burg" tells me you definitely know of some locals or have been there , because thats what everyone calls it, i live about 15 mins east of p burg, people shoot out there all the time, kind of freaks me out, i just hope they are shooting into hills , because i hear gunfire alot

im sure it will be longer drive than 2 hours, but well worth it trust me, i live about 10-15 miles from the PA border, and about 1 mile off route 78, so you couldnt get much more convenient than that for going to this place, but either way the ride is a bitch, im not gona lie, 78west is smooth sailing, but once you hit 61 north by cabellas, its a cunt, traffic lights , stop and go, little towns, 35mph speed limits, mix in weekend traffic and sometimes it can be a real WHORE, last year on 4th of july it took me about 4 hours to get there, only because i left in the middle of holiday rush hour though, with no traffic , or normal traffic, i can make it there in about 2 1/2 hours, 120 miles for me, 61 can just be a real bitch sometimes, and same with 78 west during big holiday weekends, either way its well worth the drive , its not bad when ur feining for a good rip for a day ride, but you should really take a weekend and camp out, that way you get to see some of the area, in a days time you wont see anythin, youll spend half your day at coal hill wondering where all the fuckin coal came from and miss out on all the riding there is to do , you need a few days to explore and see all the riding it has to offer, and like real tree said, if you cant have fun there, sell the bike and get a yo yo, because that area is fuckin awesome, every kind of riding you want, its there..and FREE! shhhhhhhh

"This 4 wheeler will smoke any banshee or any high performance atv they make nowadays. My friend has a 05 yfz 450 with about 3000$ worth of engine work and this will leave him in second gear. This thing will do 150mph easy" this is after he said its stock, except for the "jet kit" ... haha
