theres a little gold colored bolt on the side of each cylinder, unplug the resivour,take cap of rad,. and id remove one bolt at a time, or set up 2 buckets , on on each side, because it comes out of the side of the cylinders with pretty good force, then stick a hose in the top of the radiator and flush out whatever is left, thats how ive done it int he past at least

yep, ive done the same thing being a cheap bastard and destroyed my shit, you can buy the bearings from rocky mountain cheap, world wide bearings and seals, you dont need the whole pivot works kit everytime the bearings go bad, that gets expensive

you dont need to drain engine ice, im not sure exactly how cold they say it goes to befoe it freezes, but it damn sure gets well below freeszing here in jersey, ive never had any problems im sure u know to fatten your jetting as well, if your gona be riding in the snow and freezin temps

tightening the castle nut on the hub will only do so much, it wont make up for bad splines, it sounds like your splines are shot, which means you need new hubs and axle to eliminate play, if you replace only 1 of the 2, the bad splines will have play on the new splines and will destroy them in no time either way these arnt DOT approved tires, they all wobble, my holeshits wobble way worse than my old razr 2's

local hardware store should carry the same type of springs in many sizes

+2 arms with some decent shocks flip stock rear rims, valve stems on inside, line up perfectly with +2 front end good tires 6 ply, 22 up front, 20 in the back skid plates , engine and swing arm at least higher handle bars - moose makes some nice high ones for $18 a plug kit and mini pump are a MUST , keep them on you at all times
