just an observation... guys that ride trails dont go into the drag racing threads and tell you guys to sell your banshees and buy a custom hyabusa creation and turbo it and add some nitrous... so why in the hell do some of you have such a big problem with us riding our banshees in the fuckin woods?! the guy is tryin to make his banshee more woods friendly and the best response you can come up with is buy a 4 stroke?... thats helpful .. next time someone makes a thread about their 10 mil cub or something... how about us woods riders come in and say "buy a hyabusa and put it in ur banshee frame" .. i bet that would get a good reaction..and probably 4 paragraphs full of insults from the man himself

3-4 WEEKS... GOD YES. YOU'RE FINE!... as long as its a piss test those cotton swab tests in your mouth are even less sensitive, alot of places do that now because its so much faster, and less invasive and they dont have to send you to a local doctors office. but 3-4 weeks on a piss test... shit.. you could smoke all day, every day, and still pass after stopping for 3-4 weeks, no doubt about it

with the lid on and in tact, depending on the temperature, id say no higher than 280... people can only guess on here though, my guess would be 260-270, depending on the temp outside where u live, its around 50's here now

my guess would be around 260, with stock pilots, with those mods and lid on, and 5000 feet up is pretty high, air gets thin i run similar and run a 280s with a 8x3" hole cut in my lid, and im riding 500-1200 ft elevations only you can ride the bike and see what works best though, with it goin into spring now, its gona warm up and that will richen your jetting up as well, remember that, need to lean out in summer

problems can only be multiplied with a 4 stroke, more moving parts, more technology = MUCH more things to go wrong! im not bashing 4 strokes, but if you are selling the 2 stroke to get a 4 stroke from only a maintenance standpoint, your bill is gona be twice as much fixing the 4 stroke, and things go wrong on them and break just like a 2 stroke, only difference is when the 4 stroke needs rebuilt or breakes, its gona cost alot more than the banshee. but if you want a 4 stroke because of the type of power they provide, then by all means do it... but dont sell the banshee eand get a 4 stroke thinkin they are maintenance free like the idiots on youtube think

i dont know man.. im no mechanic.. but something tells me if it has bad crank bearings.. there has to be SOMETHING else thats bad... i just cant see a bike being 100% perfect, other than bad crank bearings.. if he hasnt split the cases yet how does he know something else isnt wrong in there?

it needs the cases split and new crank bearings.. what else? and thats nicer than your? personally id never sell a running bike for a possible hunk of shit.. but to each his own

there should be a rule, something like if it takes you more than a MONTH to send the person their shit, you are banned, period! i mean fuck... it might be the internet and just quad parts... but in the real world thats considered a crime. you cant just take money and not send the goods...do them a favor and ban them before they rip off the wrong guy who lives too close to them! and of course keep everyone else safe from the online idiots

yea they do same thing here, "click it or ticket month" i think it is, or week or something.. where they have like double the officers out, hiding in the weirdest spots, handing out extra large seatbelt ticket fines... i do mine up by habit as soon as i get in any car... if youve seen that show "speeders" its amazing how good the cops can spot somsone not wearing one

the one thing ive learned through the years, cops always cover their ass, the smart ones as leasat, they never put themselves in a position where they are wrong, they might be morally wrong, but they always have some silly section 4 dash 7.3A of their handbook to justify what they are doing

oh come on,, this is a law that fuckin saves lives.. not one meant to fuck you, like many others so many times they say people would or could have survived a crash if only they had their seatbelt on...and im sure its true this isnt some conspiracy to steal all your money, after all its a fuckin nylon strap that takes a tenth of a second to secure and could possibly save you or your passengers lives.. set a good example for kids by buckling up, if they see daddy and mommy not buckling up they wont wana do it either!

hey cajun anyway the guy snopkoywsski (spelling obviously) has done lots of dyno testing on different setups and i believe he said the best pipe for low-mid was the Pro circuit , even better than the PT mids

fuck yea! or the stealth electrical tape look! ive actually never rebuilt a kickstarter.. i guess i should look into it, ive seen the threads where u can rebuild it for like $2 from a hardware store but too damn lazy to follow thrrough ..... i was up in PA a few years ago and the fuckin thing rattled off.. looked down to start it and it was GONE haha

at least take the snorkel off the end of the airbox top, please!!! haha, the thing is tryin to breateh trhough a straw with a lid on your airbox and the way you describe it running, theres no way you need a bigger pilot, try leaning out your needle clip one setting, and then read the plug chop thread to get ur mains dialed in, then sync your carbs and set your air fuel screws correctly, do a search if you cant find anything feel free to send me a pm and i can explain

yea theres different grooves on it that u can chnage the clip to and lean or richen it up, you gota pull the springs up above the slide, hold it upside down and take the retaining clips off and that will let u get the needle out and youll see what im talkin about if you move the clip up a groove towards the blunt end, that will lean it out if you move the clip down a grove towards the pointy end that will richen it
