there is no splicing... im sure there is a more propper way of doing it, probably involves tearing into the whole wiring harness.. but all i did with all those useless connections like parking brake sensor, tors..ect.. just cut them clean and tape them up nice with electrical tape then tape them into the harness for a cleaner look and that should be fine

under both carbs of course,around the jug, up through the frame rrail(ive loosly ziptied mine to the framerail in there to stop it from rubbing on the inside of the pipe). up in front of the gas tank, through that metal loopwith the rest of that shit, then out through the top under the bar behind that metal thing the rad shroud screws into.. its alot easier to do if u pop the rad shroud off so u can get ur hands in there

could be the tie rod or you could have even tweaked the top a-arm a bit, the top stock a-arms are very easy to bend when force is applied from a direction it wasnt intended to handle..they are pretty flimsy,

im not sure exactly how much the compression will drop, with each 500 feet or 1000ft you go up in elevation, but if you are at 500 ft, and it has 120 psi, id say thats fine and ready to hop on and ride like you stole it!

depends on your elevation! even at sea level though, thats still pretty decent.. stock should be around 130 at sea level

i would get the gncc's,, give them a try and tell me they dont hookup alot better than the razr2's, honestly.. the razrs are good too, but not as good traction and heavier , the gncc's are just as tough , ive had no problems with holes and ride on all sorts of rock and coal and shit, the only thing that sucks about both the razr 2 and gncc is the price, 87 for the gncc and i think even more for the razr 2, but those gncc's really do hook up great, anyone who wants a 6 ply tire should give them a a try

get rid of that asap! that should be next mod on your list..about $40 to do.... inside those stupid boxes are multiple separate cables, each one has a chance to snap, its just stupid , one of those cables inside the tors box snapped when my shit was like 2 yrs old.. that sucked, thats just one of the many downfalls of the TORS, there alot, but thats a whole nother thread

have you ever synced the carbs with the tors removed ? im having a hard time what you are saying, no offense meant the cable splits in the middle of course to two.. then they split to each carb cap, and down into the slide where they attach by means of a retaining clip. freeplay in the cable can be adjusted on top of the carbs, just like a clutch cable kind of, same idea, if one cable has more free play than the other,, they wont move together, one will be half way open while the other one is just starting its ascent up
