I was told you don't need all that stuff because it will shift TOO easy. An override shifts extremely easy the way it is. I don't think n down is actual neutral. I think it just holds betwen gears or smthn of that nature. Same effect but not neutral like on a stocker. Not sure of the actual reason behind n down. Guess I forgot that one. Somebody smart will tell us here I'm sure. Not sure you do a n down with other configurations. Like a 2-5. Maybe the n down changes need more space on the drum? Can't remember. That's why 6th is taken out. I don't think the other configurations lose any gears? Could be wrong.

I'll also ad that an override is one of the coolest damn things I've ever done to my heap. It has some limits you have to stick to but for drag racing and just gettin all over it in a straight line there's nothing like it. If you've got decent power shifting gears wide open with no clutch is pretty baddass.

Man 1st and sixth. First used for putting around the pits and such. My 1-5 n down is only a 5 speed. 6th came out. Yes on the back loading top gears. They should be stock.

Negative on the shift star and all that being modded. Neutral down means exactly what it says. Neutral is now at the very bottom instead of between 1-2. Shifting is the same.
