  1. I'm looking for a bunch of stuff, different color plastic (have green now), aftermarket wheels and tires, slip on silencer, starter parts (pull and electric), front bumper (stock or aftermarket), aftermarket air filter and pretty much anything else that would make this thing look better. Wife says it's ugly so I need to dress it up. Let me know what you have. I have cash and can paypal. Hurry up so I don't have to get raped at Rockymountain. Thanks.
  2. Man were have you been? I just swapped it for a pile Predator 500. I would much rather have had your bike. Story of my life. You guys can delete this ad when you get a chance. Thanks.
  3. I'll go eventually. I've been waiting this long. I'll keep riding my usual places. No biggie.
  4. My trip went in the toilet. I still want to go one of these days. Maybe I'll take a week off and drag the family over some time. Trying to buy a truck now so I can pull my trailer to some cool places.
  5. No shit. Didn't know that. Good info.
  6. You're learning all kinds of good stuff the hard way. Builds character and shit. Good for you man.
  7. Where do you have your clutch arm set at? Got a picture of that? Is it close to the little pointer on the case? I usually run my cable in between the radiator and the hoop for the steering stem. The tank is pretty tight against the backside of it on my bike. Don't think that will help your problem though.
  8. Sorry my feedback is late. Thought I left some already. My bad. He's a good guy. Bought a few parts from me and sent payment quickly. Very nice guy to deal with. Would definately do business with him in the future. Thanks again.
  9. Looking for something the wife can ride. Something sporty. Might consider a newer Woverine. Not the old 350 type. What ya got? Something 4 stroke electric start. I'm open.
  10. What color thread locker did you use? If it was me I'd put a little more ass into it. I guess you'll find out if you have enough.
  11. The frequency drives on the chillers I work on have these drivers that are incased with that kind of goo. Even when they explode that goo doesn't go away completely. That's good stuff whatever it is.
  12. How about that torque wrench? If you have an impact I'd use it next time. Just don't go crazy and snap the end off with it.
  13. I can see having a bad connection on a normal circuit board and being able to get it to come and go. I thought these were encased in that really cool goo. I've resoldered a bunch of loose connections on boards on the equipment I work on. You can normally wiggle those and make them come and go. Didn't figure you could do that to one of these. Sorry didn't mean to pull a Loco on ya.
  14. isn't the CDI solid state? Are there relays on the board? What good would smacking it do? If it's not working it's junk. Get a new one.
  15. I wasn't questioning the compression level as to whether it has enough to run, but enough to ignite fuel from the pressure. Is it a diesel? I would think the flywheel would be the first place I would go. What did you torgue the nut to? I always use an impact. I run it in till it clicks,,,,,,,alot.
  16. How hot was it when you were pulling it? That would be a lot of compression I would think. Not sure what you are going to do without an ohmeter. Did you check the pickup? Flywheel key isn't sheered is it? What did you use to tighten the nut?
  17. So you have no spark? There's only so many parts do deal with. Gap on the pickup? How come it didn't idle very well? If you don't have any spark how did you get a back fire?
  18. What do you have for carbs? Still have all the TORRS crap on it?
  19. Hey TJ glad to see you got it running. Did you end up using the stuff I sold you? Nice job, regardles of how you tighten your head nuts.
  20. I'd look around on here for a used set before I forked out big money for new ones. I sold a really nice set of Pro Circuits a while back for like 275. I think a bunch of guys have them and FMFs.
  21. These should work for that. I'm not a dirt dragger but I thought alot of those guys ran Ohtsu Pro Wedges. 4snows are cheap copies of those I think.
  22. Cool thanks. I'll have to budget that in. Might have $60-80 just in flags.
  23. Don't know what exactly what to compare them too. They aren't as good as a real paddle in the sand. You're gonna give up a little for the ability to ride them in the snow and not have to worry about them on the hardpack. I can still dump it in second and pull the wheels through 3rd on a good day. Have to be smooth on the shifting and do it with the wheels in the air. I think you would be better off with them for the kind of riding you do or places you go. Badlands will eat up paddles. I was pulling wheelies in the round river rock there with the 4snows. You can still trail ride them a little too if you aren't to crazy. Lot more forgiving. The traction in the snow it alot better. My bike used to dig in and bottom out in the snow. I can pull my kid on a sled with these things.
