  1. i see absolutely no advantage, im not aware that they have a heat problem with trans oil to begin with. Ive only seen burnt oil come out when there is a problem. IE cooked clutch
  2. Ask yourself this. Where does the engine oil for a banshee come from?
  3. oh great my mailman is a dick, guaranteed they get fucked up, thats why i asked you to use UPS. Hope you insured them
  4. buyers beware, i sent money for these cranks at 4:30 on friday and then homie tells me he cant ship them till monday. I was like WTF UPS is open till 5, you have a whole 30 minutes to package them and ship them. He wouldnt budge, now i have to wait 3 extra days to put my motors together. that is wang
  5. Maybe a baboon, but i dont think a donkey could install a crank. How would they hold on to the wrenches without fingers? Im not an expert, but i just dont see how it would work
  6. culd you wrk a deal, say like 2 for 450 u pay shipping, let me know asap pls
  7. were these checked for true after they were welded? How do i know that i am getting a good crank here? Did these come from a site sponsor?
  8. No he is correct, pump it up to 6 psi, and the "acceptable" loss is 1pis per minute. Certainly not ideal, but that is the max
  9. It clearly belonged to the child killer thats my story and im sticking to it
  10. Man you cant take that personal, every single time a bike shows up with those plastics around here everybody says its an ugly piece of shit. People put craigslists and ebay links all the time to those things. Nobody was slamming you or your skills, everybody just fucking hates the raptor plastics.
  11. T-7s are top secret, you wont find anything about them
  12. Here you go, like i said in shout, the motor was assembled and never so much as kicked over, i got it from a buddy who lost interest. 421 Cheetah Cub cylinders They came from jeff at FAST he did a cleanup port before shipping them out. I have 24cc domes and the head i have is used. It is a polished Noss cool head. I do not have pics of the head as it is on my bike which is at my dads shop but i can gladly get some if we decide to work something out. If you want to do something, let me know. I think the pistons for both motors are the same and we can confirm that with part numbers, if so i see no reason to waste money shipping them back and forth if not obviously we will swap. I do have a set of 20cc domes that would require 110 or alky but one of them is pitted, so not sure if you are interested in that.
  13. That lsr axle is steel right? I have an older lsr aluminum axle setup, i should weigh it and see what that set up weighs
  14. more than likely it just happened and that is why the kid sold it. If the rod bearing is gone, it will throw that rod real quick. Sounds like you caught it just in time and you are lucky it didnt wipe out the cases and cylinders
  15. mostly i think that people didnt want negative feedback from him. I know they changed the way feedback works now, but before he would not leave anyfeedback until after the purchaser did and if you left anything short of positive he would leave you neg. So i think a lot of people just wouldnt leave neg if they werent happy. hes a fucking douch and anybody that buys anything from him after reading this shit is a sucker period.
  16. do yourself a favor and just get a new one. If you dont have a yammy dealer near you hit up jeff at fast. Why risk running a used clip.
  17. Making sure you do not have an air leak is always a great idea after a rebuild. However, do not go changing your jetting because somebody on here told you it should be rich. If the plugs look good run it. Im not sure how anybody could tell you that 350 should be "pig rich" when they dont even know your elevation temps etc. Just as an fyi. I have a dune ported 350 that at sea level i run 360 mains. yes 360 and the plugs look perfect and it runs strong.
  18. Unfortunately been there got the shirt with a failed yamaha crank and it does suck. I remember the thread you are talking about but nobody could ever show one that had come apart either, at least not that i remember. I have one of the M&M cranks in a box ready to go in my newest build so we will find out i suppose. I have Hot rods cranks in my other 2 bikes. I will tell you nothing is bullet proof, i have killed a stock stroke hot rods as well. To the OP sorry i took your post so far off track as this has nothing to do with an M&M crank in the first place. Just wanted info i might not have heard of concerning my new build
  19. do you know something about the cranks M&M is selling? They seemed to be getting very good reviews a while back. Have you had one fail?
