Cool deal if you are able to provide a reliable product for that price they will sell well. The current options in the market are complete dog shit and most of us have returned to using stock stators. If you really want to sell some units make one that has the ground floated or better yet a whole DC conversion that a person could simply bolt on and go. Everybody is wanting to run the newer HID and LED lights and DC power is a must.

No shit, that is a steal for everything at 2000 bucks. And i think the welds above look pretty damn good. Better than i can do, which just further proves that the person doing the welding is probably more important than the equipment.

I agree with above, last time out was the first time i had my yfz, and i ran my duner tires off my shee. 21/12/8 8 paddles and it was too much tire. My buddy had some 20/10/8 7 paddle extremes and they were better. I think the smaller tire helps as much as anything else

idle speed on pjs is adjusted by turning the choke knobs, im not sure everybody knows that if you do sorry for the highjack. The airscrews are for idle "quality" and off idle performance. If you want to raise idle speed turn the choke knobs counter clockwise

for the most part guys will tell you bolt ons, and maybe moderate increase in compression, my opinion is none. I would weld the crank on a bone stock bike. I have had a couple on very lightly modded bikes come apart and ruin a trip. its not that much work to split the cases for the piece of mind, and a great opportunity to modify some other parts while you are at it.

if you do some current research you will see that the 2 stroke shop got all sideways with their project and the owner and engineer split ways. The owner talks in detail about how several of the ideas the engineer had been pushing turned out to be total bullshit. The 90 degree phased cranks and the FCR carbs were 2 of the biggest mistakes. He said it was a total cluster fuck and they never got the FCR to run right on the bike. So i would say, yeah, you arent going to get any valuable data on FCR from a 2 stroke website. We will all stick to what works like PwK an mikunis

With PJs. i would start with about a 165 or so main to be safely fat, just check your plugs before you rail on it. CEL needles in the middle and about a 50 pilot to start.

i bought a tail light from him and it works perfect. I payed top dollar and even though the lens is broken completely out i had some of that red tape so it works killer and makes my bike look unique at night. Thanks minkia
