  1. Thanks for the replies, I have been looking at the Modquad one. I wasnt aware G-force made an aluminum axle, will look into it.
  2. What are peoples experience with running an aluminum axle on the dunes. I am considering getting one for my dune/drag shee.
  3. I run one on a +8 swinger and think it works great for dragging, and not bad for overall riding.
  4. Hey Scott, I never received my swingarm or any type of refund. I paid $427 way back in march and got nothing. So right here is someone you never refunded or shipped a swingarm to. I have the paypal receipts to prove it also.
  5. A proportioning valve is what you need to set up the front/rear bias, they can be bought at Summit or Jegs, maybe even your local parts store. They are mainly used on race cars to dial in more or less braking front to back.
  6. Flyhighprerunner (Austin), Excellent guy to deal with, shipped out immediately after payment was sent so I would have it in time for my dune trip. Would not hesitate to deal with again. Straight up honest guy here! Thanks again,
  7. I had a buddy whose shee would vibrate badly when letting off the throttle, pulled it down and cant say for sure as to whether or not the crank had twisted but the crank bearings were in bad shape. We ended up replacing the crank, no more vibration!
  8. Davevato, my pipes are shearers, I dont have spark arrestors on in the picture, but I machined end caps for the silencers to mount a toomey spark arrested hush kit on. That way they cant hassle me about spark arrestor or noise.
  9. I think I remember reading on here before that Trinity also sells a screen kit that comes with the usfs approved sticker. I looked on their site, but couldnt find them, may have to call them.
  10. Here's some info he gave me in a pm. Scott Tallardy 704-974-2255 e-mail Atvparts@hotmail.com
  11. You may have an air leak, which is causing such a temperature difference from one side to the other. One side may be running lean, might want to do a leak down test to rule an air leak out.
  12. I'm going to be there that weekend.
  13. I have been trying to get a hold of him for a week now, both phones go straight to voicemail. I also left a message and no call back, he hasn't been on the forums since the 14th. The longer this gets dragged out, and his less then steller communication to us on BHQ, really has me thinking I am getting ripped off!
  14. Case porting is actually just gasket matching to reduce any flow interruptions, I think people are worried because cylinder durations and such need to be exact in order to benefit.
  15. They say the gains are minimal, maybe 1-2 horsepower. The gains are probably larger the bigger the motor you have. But I had everything pulled down already, so every little bit helps.
