  1. There has to be more than just one choice!! lol.
  2. I'm on year 3 with mine and it's been a worthy investment, IMHO. No issues, haven't even had to change the battery yet. This-----> http://www.dirtrider.com/tests/parts-accessories/141_1012_trail_tech_tto_temperature_meter_review/
  3. As the title says, looking for a roundhouse swinger in good to great condition. Shipping to San Diego. Thanks, Jay.
  4. The double stack Para Ordnance .45's are pretty sweet. Their single stackers fit the hand well too... http://para-usa.com/2013/firearms/tactical/blackOps1445.php
  5. Douchemont is pretty sweet if you're a dragger. It's something like 3 miles long x 3/4 mile wide with easy access to the steep main attraction drag hill. Boring after about 20 minutes if you're a duner. No real bowls, some steep verts tho. And that's about it!! Once and done....
  6. Heading out to Glamis on Thursday night so I can wake up in the sand on the 4th. Gonna be on Pad 3 off Gecko Rd. It's windy this week and will calm down by the weekend so it'll be epic!! Look for a sand colored RV with orange cones on the roof...
  7. The plan is to get there before midnight on Friday. Once you check out Glamis, Gordons will be off the "to do" list...
  8. I'm off to Glamis for the weekend... gonna be on Pad 3 off Gecko Rd. Anyone else heading out? Look for the sand colored '80's RV with orange safety cones on the roof. Should be epic.... mid 80's this weekend!! PM if you wanna commit.
  9. I thought it was gonna be a story linked to Minkia38 and Motor CIty.... lol
  10. I think someone on here once said that heims are available at ORW (Off Road Warehouse) and they are high quality.
  11. Yea, they're a good deal. If you feel guilty, feel free to pony up 10bux for shipping on top of it!! lol
  12. Great working condition Keihin PWK 33 carbs and K&N' filters. $250 shipped with gifted payment, or you pay the fees. Located in San Diego.
  13. I have a pretty clean set of carbs... no intakes tho. I can sweeten the deal with a great condition set of (real!!) K&N's 3.5"x6". I use and recommend the UPP intakes. I know they work fine... I rode last weekend. Not looking to trade for anything but cash.... This is when they were new... but they still look almost as good!! LMK!!

  15. I like what I see... what's your home address?
  16. I'm looking for a stock pipe setup if you have one of those too..... The most I'm willing to pay is $485 tho. Thanks!! j/k. GLWS.
  17. Like I need an excuse to stat pad... lol.
  18. Where are you camping? I should be good to go for next weekend. I usually chill on Pad 3 but can camp wherever.
  19. I decided not to go this weekend too... my friends that were gonna go cancelled, so did the OP. We'll see what we can get going next time....
  20. When are you guys heading out and where are you camping? My plan is to camp on Pad 3 on Gecko Rd... arriving on Friday. 80's sand colored 28' RV with orange safety cones on the roof and a white 12' enclosed trailer. PM for contact info.
  21. I'd have liked to know about how tight this area was before I painted my cyls... I would have cleaned up the area first!! I just ground the washer part of the stock nut down and it fit's great. Home Depot 12mm $2.49 wrench was the perfect candidate to use as a donor wrench to grind to fit. All is good, I got my torque on....
  22. Pros: It's not the washes, just off asphalt so an easy drive, sunset drags are close, plenty of shitters. Cons; It's not Pad 3, ice cream trucks continuously circle from 7am-10pm with their music, sometimes party central campers next to you, generators 22/7, shitters reek if you're downwind.
  23. It's flat, easy to find when returning to camp, you can't bury your RV to the axle when parking, it's close to the dunes, centrally located, and probably the biggest reason.... it's single file camping. Someone might be next to you, but you don't have people riding around or through your camp all night. Everyone parks parallel to the road or 2 deep max. I've camped all over and it's been the best to me by far....
  24. Just got the green light for Glamis over New Years. probably get there on Saturday, the 28th and stay till the 2nd. PM your contact info and let's meet up!! I'll probably camp on Pad 3 (best place to camp!!) or let me know where you are if you have room in your camp for my setup.
