Id max 93 right around 160-165psi. thats my .02 for the year.

Id start with 27.5/350 jets and do a chop. Ive had these same tm carbs, and unlike the smaller 28mm ones, these seem to love them some gas. Did they come with needles?

if your jets are actually clean, maybe an air leak or stuck float.
