I heard that they are shitty. Stick with weisco.

On my 35mm Klein is the air/fuel screw the one that is a housed in black plastic with a spring behind it right near the choke, or is it the small brass screw towards the bottom near the bowl?

Hey I do have to jump to Chase's defense. I have dealt with him before with no problem. I bought the Fullbores from him. I paid 170. Maybee he's trying to say that I got them for cheap. I had the same exact problem. Took it to the dealership ans he said that my timing and the space between my stator and my pick up was off. He adjusted it and I havent had a problem since.
