I will be on the street 99.9% of the time. I just like the look of them and I know that bfg's last a long time on the road. I have a set on there now that have almost 70,00 miles on them. I think there just the bfg at's. But these new MT's sure look good.
My friend owns a paint shop and he is going to paint my stock rims black for me and I am thinking about throwing a set of these on http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/overview/mu...a-km2/3930.html Does anyone have any experiences with them? I will be throwing 33x10.5's on. They look like nice tires and I know I cant go wrong with a set of BF's.
Hell yea Jeffs motors are some of the strongest around. He is one of the best its just toobad he is so busy. If you buy a set of unported jugs you can send them to him and just wait a couple months. Theres a reason why people dont mind waiting. Props to FAST
You should buy a new set of pistons from the person performing the port because he will bore the jugz to match the next size up pistons. So you will start your new port on a fresh top end. You will also need to either send him your stock head so he can shave it or you will need to buy a coolhead with whatever domes the builder recommends to compliment the port so that you can make up the compression in your motor. I run 21cc domes so that I can still run pump gas. If I bumped up to 20 or 18cc domes he said I might have to start thinking about race gas. As far as shipping them I think it was under 35 to ship mine from NY to CA. Just give Kev at Herr Jugz a Call. His customer support is second to none and he will take the time to answer ant questions you have and then some. Good luck Let us know what you do.
We had a great ride on Sunday. All shee's and two bikes. I will be brining #1shee with me next week he was so down to go but had some personal matters to take care of. Middletown was def a dope spot! My Shee ran insane!! So happy to finally have her running great. But seriously. We are rolling out to Glamis in feb. So far its me and #1shee. We need 3 more people to even out the cost of the motor home. Its pretty cheap. PM me your #'s and Ill fill you guys in in detail.
I has the exact thing happen to me. i was on a weekend trip in PA. It happened after about an hour of riding. I drove all over the area trying to find a bolt that size. I found a auto parts store and bought some threaded rod with two nuts and pulled a Myguyver and it got me through the weekend. Taught me to always check my shit before riding.
