I thought about drilling a little hole in the top of the helmet and mounting the mount to it. The camera clips off of the mount. Maybee I can do it on the side as well. Why did you have better luck on the side?

I have a new Helmet camera that I have never used. It comes with a bar mount and a helmet mount. I was just wondering which mounting point works the best and gives a semi steady shot. I just think that the handlebars would be moving around way too much for any quality video. Any advice?

After I installed it I had one friction plate left over. Now I didnt count them but I know I put everything back in the right order. Anyone know if it comes with a extra plate being its a street bike set up?
