  1. Best shocks for the money depends on the rider.

How much is the quad ridden?

    How hard?

What type of terrain? All open flat stuff or bumpy, crazy rutted out rocky roots bulging out, or desert threats.

Works though I never recomend them can be the best bang for your buvk but only IMO For a weekend warrior that doesnt push the quad that hard, doesnt really take big jumps ect.. like mentioned above Works will do better than stock.

Weekend warroirs that know how to ride and wants a set of shocks that can deal with their hard fast paced riding Elka E36's

Someone who rides hard and pushes and has access to their bike 24/7 365 You might want to start looking at the Piggyback edition ELKA Or Axis Then Comp/Rebound the list goes on.

It all comes down to what you really need. If you need to go with the best you can always save and ride stock for a couple months like I did.

  2. Take your carbs apart, clean them put them back together and make sure everything is connected rite. and put the needel back where it was and start messing with main jet sizes/Pilote according to where its not running rite. Do plug chops. Run you air/fuel screw one and a half turns out and adjust a quarter turn out if need be. If its flooding that bad that shoud help figure out why. Try not to use the choke when starting it and just give it a blip or two to get gas.

Also do a comression check to see if you need to rebuild.

  3. I discussed useing my buddies HD cam that we film bands on to tape me doing some gnarly trail riding. He said he has the screen for mud. He does good editing work too so I could throw some music on it. I will talk to him more tomorow and we will see if I can come up with something to post here after MM day weekend. I always wanted to post some of my riding up here.

I wish I had a helmet cam at my disposal. Mabey a few HQ buddies could lend their Helmet cams to other HQers who are capable of making good videos. Not just riding in straight lines on long trails either. Mixin it up balls to the wall riding!!!!!!

  4. I absoluly Love my Single Trinity intake with a 35PWK for the tighter woods and trail XC Stuff. I noticed powergains everywhere espically lowend/mid preformance and it pulls harder on top than stockers. I wouldnt change it for duals. Ive rode both and I like mine but every banshee is setup diffrently.

  5. Cool Dog.

Man I wish I could get my old LT80 Running. Its will start for 1 mabey 2 seconds and then it just dies. The pipe is cracked bigtime. I took everything else apart cleaned and replaced what needed replacing. Its a pull start now. IDK But Ide like to film myself beating the shit out of that thing. Compared to some of the stuff Ive seen I think the PA boys would represent that pretty damn well.

  6. Get the Chariot Preformance Stator Plate not only are they sponcers here but theirs is Billit Alum and far superior to that RS Cast POS. Alot of people on this board have had trouble with the cast Stator plates shearing off, screws backing out and a bunch of other shit. Everyone with a Billit timing plate have no problems. Its definatly worth the extra 15-20 dollars.

  7. Im looking for a good Helmet/Handel Bar cam that is shock resistant (or close doesnt have to be perfect) comes with mounting hardware, internal memory chip, and mud/water proof. The cheaper the better. I wont go over 100/150.

    What do you all us?

  8. I need an eibach rear spring for my rear shock. Just went to a +6 swinger and I need to stiffen it up alittle bit. Would prefer to get it from a sponsor here if possible.

Call them directly. Or whoever is building or has built your rear shock should know!

  9. Ive ran most of em on diffrent quads Ive owned. Ive only ran Holeshots, Mudsharks and Razr IIs on the Banshee and I definatly like the Razr IIs the most. Ill need a new pair in a month or two and Im going with the Balance Razrs without a doubt! I ride trails and wooded areas.

  10. You bunch of whiney faggots trying to cencor every little thing cause your either afraid of it, Jealous, HYPOCRITS, Or Faggots who dont think you have your rites so you want to take everyone elses. FUCK YOU! Straight up and down.

Ehhhhh I dont want my 6 year old to see a pair of tits. WTF is wrong with you? Shes six! Its not gonna scar her. Breasts are natural. and when she does get older 11-12 shes gonna know about ten times more than what a pair of tits look like anyway. Start teaching intead of hiding shit.

Im pissed. This is a Banshee board. 4 wheelin, kickin ass drikin beer and boneing bitches goes hand in hand. If you cant handel it go crawl in a hole with bin laden.

Oh, if you dont like my post, I dont care who you are, I will send you a picture expressing how sorry I am.

  11. A 421 Cheetah PV motor is for a Dune/drag setup. Noway in hell would that be practical whatsoever for any kind of trail riding. Too much power= adding atleast 6-8 inches onto the swingarm, which makes it a handeling nightmare. The powerband will be like a lightswitch with no lowend whatsoever so your cornering power will be to sparatic, and youll spin the rubber off a new set of tires in no time flat.

If you want a good powerfull trail bike that will smoke anyother quad on the trails and in a straight line (as far as trail bikes go) get a RZ PV 4mil longrod setup and a 2:1 35-38PWK Carb (or Dual 33PWKs) and you already have the pipes, reeds, head/18cc domes and timing plate at +7. That would be the shit. No lack of power there, and you could fly through the technical stuff with the low/mid pull you would get and be able to climb the biggest hills and open it up and fly on the topend 3rd/4th-6th. Plus you could get suspension and a arms/Good Tires. Which makes you faster than any motor will in the trails anyhow.

Thats the way to go, Talk to Kevin HJR Or Jim Passion Racing about the RZ PV 4mil Trail setup.

  12. If she actualy was there. Yeah you are stupid. Bitches always have smiles on their faces when they screw up cause they are used to having a guy take care of their problems. I would have made her do the work and mabey threw her smokes out. Then Blowjob on the toilet haha j/k. Now you dont have a girl, you have all of these presents, and its christmas.

  15. Thats a damn good list of Mods. I have the Noss Head with 20cc domes and the Pro Design billit timing plate set at +4 and my compression went from 125 to 155. Its fine for pump gas. Im at 1800ft above sea level. Ide go for 20s if I were you. Unless your at sea level or below 1500ft.

Im a hardcore trail rider and I wont wont run without a lid on my airbox. I ride trails and muddy shit and I dont trust it without a lid. I do use the foam inserts in my lid. Thats good enough with the uni filter. I think your airbox will be fine like that.

What tires are you running? That is just as important as any other mod. Actualy more.

I would throw the 3 HD springs in too. I have the stock springs in my non ported SHEE and I have a Good pro design cabel and an MSR lever and the clutch is slipping. Cabel, perch and lever +3 HD Springs will run you like 45-50 bucks. Its well worth it.

Get with Brandon Mull on here just PM Blowit. He can hook you up.

  16. "washburn did you finish putting your computer back together after you smashed it with a truck!"

Yeah just now, I dont know what Im gonna do about them two sisters from Cleveland I burryed.

  17. Im a big guy too. 6" 300- I was down to 287 and doing sets of 30 pushups. Now Im back at 3 bills and sets of 20 is hard. My one buddie is 210 and can onlydo 5 pushups and hes still a little strong. He has no problem standing the banshee up. So I guess its all about how your built. Im not gonna go as far as calling myself Athletic though. Haha I think of athletic as being able to run around a track atleast twice then do regular exercises in 50 sets of ten. As long as your happy fuck it.

We do stay warmer in the winter

  18. GT Thunder is in Millersburg, OH. They do top notch work. Like I said many times most of the pros I know use GT Thunder to rebuild their stuff over the companys that make them. Brandon Sommers the owners son is winning race after race I think hes already in the pro GNCC class. I know he was wining the A Class races in the GNCC circut two years ago. They have great turn around time too.

    www.Gtthunder.com

Oh Axis shocks are the shit. Ide gladly run them on anything. But besides being expensive as all hell they have a horrible turn around time unless your a pro or something. I looked into ordering a set for the Banshee and I heard at least 3 months for the fronts.

  19. I think some Elka fronts with Piggybacks and atleast comp adj woul be the best for you since you race. The standerd Elka e36 no piggyback cost alot less but wear quicker with no oil espically if your racing hard and heating the shocks up.

Ive heard alot of gripes with Fox air shocks wearing very quickly on the XC GNCC Circut. I like Elka or Axis.

I really think GT Thunder does the best work when it comes to revalving a shock. Those guys have been in business for years and everyone runs their stuff and gets them to rebuild their high end Elka Axis Ohlins ect stuff over the companys that sell them.

Again if your going to be racing you should look at a matching rear for your setup. It costs to stay competitive. But if you want to cut costs then get a better rear shock later GT Thunder are the guys to talk to about revalving and respringing your rear shock. TIP, I had my rear shock setup for 290lbs and the spring along with the shaft (Its ELKA) is so wide I had to cut some material out of my swingarm for it to fit. It was a pain in the ass and I dont know how to weld so it ran me an extra 150.00 but it was well worth it. You might want to check that out.
