Engince ice won't help cool down anymore than water will.
Just use distilled water with some water wetter in it. All those damn lubricants are are more expensive anti-freeze
It depends where it comes off of. He was talking about off the base of the cylinder. I'm gonna guess the tolerances of the pipes/cylinders/o-rings/frame/paint/powdercoat would make up for the little bit of slack you need to make a pipe fit (if it was made correctly).
I ran a 4mil cub for over a year on a bone stock transmission and rarely missed shifts. I guess having all good parts and having things adjusted goes a long way. I'm sure the work Cam does is great, I'm still not sure how much it costs but it is probably well worth it.
It doesn't damage the portwork at all. I'm not sure if Millenium cleans up the ports or if that is something a builder will do, but it doesn't affect it.
since you have the electrical available, start swapping out all those parts. Electrical gremlins are the worst to track down so having that out of the way is best.
