    Check out the TrailTech one. Comes with instructions and is very easy to setup.

    I bought a Rigid 6" bar for my 250r and it was awesome in the dunes. Plenty bright.

    I've got a rear coil over shaw, 13" at shortest, probably 13.5" with the heim out. Also got a +8 swinger, but it's setup for a link.

    You could probably squeeze 28mm carbs into the stock intakes.

    Looks like a good start. You don't necessarily need a 4mil crank, you can build a stock stroke serval but of course the 4mil will be better if you can afford it. Depending on what type of riding you want to do with it you might want to go with a bigger carb. And don't forget bigger intakes for those carbs.
