  1. Well I bought my wife a 97 kawa mojave 250 a week ago, She decided it didnt have enough power, So I bit the bullet and went got her an 07 Honda TRX400ex today. The thing is pretty fun to ride I was surprised it did pretty good with knobbies in the sand. Was a nice change of pace from the violent powerband. Now to start modding it!!!!
  2. Ahhh, I must of overlooked that, Does it have a racing sticker on it as well? If so I retract my statemeant
  3. In my opinion I would rather be doing 80mph on the highway than 60 in the sand. And from the list of mods, I dont see what makes it INSANELY FAST.
  4. I am also having the problem of having to log in everytime I visit
  5. This is why I prefer the dentist over the dmv.
  6. I have a 70 ud Shadow priest, 70 night elf rogue, 70 warrior and a 64 lock You could say it consumes my life but I still make time for my baby (Banshee) and occasionaly my wife. Like everyone else says, quit now while you can, I used to play about 14 hours a day. I sold that account for $900 and then 2 months later bought another account. Now I am hooked again.
  7. I dont suppose we get discount for posting in this thread? Happy B-Day!
  8. Yeh I would love to get another banshee, But unfortunently my pockets arent that deep. I am sure she will never see 4th on that blaster lol. I dont think she has seen second on my bike and its not even that fast.
  9. Any of you guys had experiance with blaster's with 240 kits? Do they mess with there reliability? I am thinking of picking up this blaster for my wife. It's one of the nicest blasters I have ever seen, But I dont really pay attention to them. You can see it at http://portland.craigslist.org/clk/mcy/305310714.html Edit: Anyone know what compression is suppose to be on those?
  10. While I agree with that, Most people who are going to take your bike for a ride without the key I.E. Steal it, Probably can hot wire a bike faster than we can turn the key. So it really doesnt matter.
  11. Duning on alky is fun! Filling up every 45 minutes.
  12. These arnt my pipes but i was cruising craigslist today and seen the add, They look like they are in very nice condition and I know people are looking for these pipes sometimes, So I thought I would throw a post up about them. http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/mcy/305135588.html
  13. Anyone who doesnt think a rhino is fun has never ridden in one, I have a blast riding in my buddies, You can do some crazy stuff in one of those things, But I agree that some people are completely retarded when driving one.
  14. Just called the local atv shop and they said, You dont have to title your bikes as of right now but next year they are going to start making it mandatory again and even if its titled you still need a sticker, Hope this helps if you have any other Q's I can give them a call again.
  15. You have to have one on your truck if it will be on the sand, If you just plan on unloading your bike in the staging areas you dont need one, But if your truck touches the sand without a sticker its a ticket.
  16. Thats correct you dont have to title your bikes here. As far as the sticker goes, You can get them at most atv shops they are good for two years. I know for my truck, I need my vin number to get my sticker, I dont remember how I got mine for the shee but I think its just the vin number they need.
  17. You can get them at http://www.trailquest.com Might be some better prices if you check around. But for the most part, Boggers are the most expensive and Truxus Are the Least expensive, And if you factor in you will get 15k out of boggers and tsl's if you baby them, It adds up quick
  18. Do NOT, I repeat do not buy thornbird, Most worthless mud tires known to man. Boggers are great for offroad but really suck on pavement, Very loud and rough. TSL's are a nice tire, but they wear quickly and are noisy. On my jeep I went with the Interco Trxss MT's. They wear great work awesome in the mud and sand, And look pretty nasty too.
  19. usually the sound isnt a problem, As long as you arent being an idiot you hardly ever get ticketed, I know lots of people who run CPI's and such and they have never been ticketed. But if you give them a reason to stop you, they will check the sound.
  20. http://www.freespaces.com/wildwest/swingarm.html Links dont work but you can see the swingers.
  21. Usually The rule I follow for dmv's is, Be there 20 minutes they open and sit at the door till they unlock it, Then your first in line! And as far as portland goes, Dont goto MLK after dark. (Unless you wanna score some drugs and a hooker)
  22. haha true true, I dont ride florence very much, I prefer boxcar to hauser runs. I am to impatient since boxcar is 5 minutes from my house to drive the extra 20 minutes to florence.
