300 foot drags questions help me out asap
SlowerThanYou replied to BANSHEEBEEFM2M's topic in Drag Forum
Lots of good tips so far! We use moveable ballast in all our race vehicles. This is a weight bar we made for the quad. It fastens to the front lower bumper mounts on a stock frame. This is where you want it for your issue. It can be used in other places also. -
Hey Boy, what happened to your post you quoted me on? I didn't get to see it! Keep going in your stupid direction & I see the ban hammer coming for you. You are just a Boy Toy for now!
-
You have to be the newest dumbshit punk ass boy to hit this site in a while. Spend sometime contributing something worth while to this site. 36% (+ or - for human error) of your dribbling Boy BS is in this thread. Here's you free clue: Windy, even though he has many flaws. Has contributed more to this site than your stupid NOOB ass has. So, take your little punk ass back to your Mom's tit, play in your sand box with your Tonka Toys & graduate junior high school. Till then stop spewing your Mom's nasty breast milk onto your keyboard. Your post are getting deleted for now, but what's next? LOL!
-
This is a 1st, Windy's keyboard is stifled......!!!
-
X2, LOL!

Boy oh boy is Windy catching a shit storm. Here's adding fuel to the fire & Trinity putting out junk domes. If I recall right, my 60' was off a bunch because I didn't bring the RPM up soon enough & hit the launch limiter. It caused a bog & I did a decent job of clutching it. This time the clutch didn't do the work, the motor did. Making a slow run with my fat ass on it. LOL!
-
LOL! I was hoping to prove my point to him, but he probably didn't know anyways. He stated our set-up was more clutch than motor. Heck, I went 80 or 81 mph with my 220 lb. ass on it, with race gas & 14 paddle Rippers. Angel at 175-180 lbs. went 82-83 mph. So, I think I can safely say I'm making power with the motor.
-
Windy, you seem to think our set-up is more clutch than motor. Here's a question for you. What's the range of mph you will see in 426-525 cc class, for 300'?
-
Getting back to the subject: This is the Trinity parts in action: I guess I could post a nice juicy time slip also. Maybe I will later, just to rub salt in the Trinity hater's wounds. There's more to going fast than just the clutch. Thanks Trinity for all the support & parts over the years!
-
I love the Trinity threads! This thread should get deleted just like the last epic Trinity thread, but that doesn't happen on BHQ. LOL!

I'm not discounting your convergent squish on your Cheetah set-up, but saying every dome that comes out Trinity is Fucked-Up. Is purely your hatred toward them & not true. So, me buying around 10 different domes over 7-8 year period & not one with a convergent squish or dysfunctional design is a fact. So, not all Trinity domes are wrong, shitty, fucked-up or whatever other term you want to spew out of your mouth. My specialty is my clutching, but be rest assured I pay just as much attention to the rest of my tuning processes. A clutch tune is primarily used for 60'. If the clutch is wrong it will affect the mph in the higher gears. My motors make HP results, that cannot be seen on the Dyno. They are done using good old fashion reading/analyzing time slips & making the correct adjustments to get the quickest ET & highest MPH. People can live all they want around Dyno tune-ups. Not one of my race vehicles have been quicker/faster with it's best dyno tune! It all comes down to good old fashion track tuning or if you have no track timers. There are other ways of doing it, besides the dyno BS tune! Like it or not & take it for what it is. A Dyno is a basic tool & has it's purpose.

If I had it to do all over again. I would have just kept the old motor. That thing was just pure fun to take out to race & it ran numbers that still amazes me! So, it's really hard to compare the old motor to the DMX. We probably only have around 50 runs on the DMX vs. 1,000 + for Cub. That's a big difference in getting things figured out. Back to Trinity, LOL! ........I have a couple of their cylinders just aching to be put back together & let them do the talking for themselves.
-
POW back at you, LOL! Explain how I consistently put down quick numbers with shitty Trinity domes?
-
That's a blanket statement & false. Not all of Trinity domes suck. I've ran around 10 different sets of domes. Everything from different angle off the shelf domes to custom cut domes. To get the desired results needed to be fast for 3 different types of racing. I could be like the mass majority & run the well sorted out Builder's combinations. I chose an oddball combination & with hindsight wish I would have went with a sorted out combo. Plus, the motor was set-up for asphalt 1/4 mile & not 300'. I had very limited time with it on asphalt, testing at the airport before I had the accident. The motor was out & installed in a sand chassis for racing 3 weeks later. The motor is finally getting totally converted for 300' racing. Some people may call the motor "pure shit" or other things & most would sell their shit to someone else. I'm not one to do that because: I'm not a quitter, or to pass problems/issues along!
-
LOL, Tabatha 100% hit the nail on the head!
-
Really, have you actually ran their domes or following what other's have said? I personally ran their head & domes. They provided very good results. I gauge my performance with time slips & have done well. If a dome design wasn't working well, it wouldn't run a 3.94 in 300'. Certainly not with a 443 race gas cub, stock frame & a 220 lb. rider. It has been faster with a 180 lb. rider. They also worked great for 1/4 mile asphalt & hillshooting. So, take it for what it's worth.

Got a shed full of tools in 2 months, pretty impressive from not owning a wrench in Aug. Keep fucking yourself, you are the tool. Have fun trying to get any help from this site. You have fucked yourself.
-
The stupid NOOB, contradicts what he post. What are you trying to do NOOB? Win a fish out of water flopping contest!
-
That applies to 99% percent of the Member's on here, us included!
-
Back to the race car, a lot less drama there.
-
There, I have my answer & no problems. I guess my panties are twisted.
-
Didn't take it as a joke, if Roger took it the same way. I will stay with my panties bunched up.
-
Sometimes people should keep their Fucking Mouths shut. I've never had a problem with you, until now! I'm from Michigan & you haven't seemed to had a problem with things I've told you. So, what is it? Make up your mind!
-
1st, some NOOB (MattG) with his head up his ass & trying to give birth to himself. That's worth some very cheap entertainment & that's giving way too much credit. Then there's the, as the BHQ turns drama. Maybe some day everyone will realize. Tyler never gets beat & every other BHQ member wins a few, but loses many more. Finally back to the topic. I've had very good results with Trinity racing parts. Hoping to throw some of my Trinity junk back together in the future & continue to do what people said can't be done.

What the ultimate drag motor to build
SlowerThanYou replied to slapahobanshee's topic in General Banshee Discussion
So, why is a gun needed at Paris Dragstrip?
