  1. Timing plate is separate part I'd start with 110 Oe used, is usually ok, do you need to do it now...no just suspect stator if you have issues, some dont have problems, some dont last long...time will tell
  2. Bore has nothing to do with stroke, pt #'s would tell you stroke too. As i stated before youll have to measure stroke now. And porting info would be more useful than stroke. Fyi
  3. Should have written piston #'s down... you'll have to measure stroke now
  4. Dont think the older ones had rivited warnings Post pic's using tapatalk
  5. And stay away from vitos too In future always buy oe electronics ( used if vetted is ok) ricky will be ok ...till it isnt. What did / do you have for carbs before? What kind of riding? 19 domes ! What fuel you plan on running!!
  6. Put it in a bench vice, with a full fuel line ( might need it siphoning down from a can, to put more psi on it) & hold the float up & look to see where the fuel's leaking by, at Your cap is venting good? Cant remember if floats are the same, but swap & see if problem follows. Put fuel in your bowl too & let it sit, o f tube might be cracked down low. Bowls are different you can swap them to leak test but not run on.
  7. Shhh dat wuzuh....secret

  8. Tru...but they dont, put it to good use ie inferior metals. But there is a BIG market for it.
  9. If they are , theyre not china, if they are, I wouldn't buy from them( vitos,bp...) ...anyway
  10. If it doesnt get easy after it breaks loose, its gonna Gall. Better stop lube/ soak & work back & forth ALOT.... & you might get lucky. Put piston up, on the cyl. Your trying & Check cylinders for metal after! .
  11. Cutting the nutsack strings finally...huh
  12. I wondered if that would...usually it wont start 2 find out
  13. If your slides are all the way down, do a leak down test.
  14. No head wont change port timing, base will. Either way, you need to follow up with squish measurement. And... 0's are important
  15. Are you talking combustion area or water area( and not near oring surfaces). If combustion, as long as there arent pieces stuck in it, that could come loose, some will buff & reuse it. Is it worth it... not to me. Depending, it could create hot spots too. 1st ? Id ask is, is it from the current set up u have now? If so, you might have detonation issues that id address 1st!
  16. Looks that way shock, looks oe, just not bsnshee
