  1. Machining skills weren't as good as you thought they were?
  2. This post is 8 yrs old but i doubt it, it usually is a crank bearing. But if yours is like that...fix it
  3. ^^ And if floated ,all wires at switch, will go to & from battery/ conversion, including ground now...not to OG harness
  4. ^ How old/dirty/full of moisture is your oil ? sometimes that can cause the plates to stick And that's easy to do and Certainly won't hurt anything. Depending on how bad or what its contaminated with you might need to flush it a couple times To get it to stop. I had so much break in in mine , after I got back from micro polishing, it stuck on every start up, for awhile. it was a pain to get cleaned out.
  5. Yes, if you set dip switches as above Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  6. Here... the dip switch ( Not to be confused with Skeeter ...that's a dipshit... And nothing will get done with one of those) settings for 2 cyl, 2stroke are there too! Run b+ through clutch switch and ground to 9v batt AND to a good frame ground Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk

  14. That's really a personal / budget decision. wiseco forged pistons will be a definite longevity upgrade but 99% you'll need it bored..., ..., ... first. Have you ran it yet? Can you read the numbers on top of the piston? Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  15. I just got the one for a bigger sprocket, I wonder if there not as effective, with a small sprocket, on a big sprocket style saver? Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  16. Dont recall one if there is it'd be metal & no Bueno...Everybodys running drw now it seams Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  17. Delete kit come with cable? Do 1 carb at a time or make sure you don't mix up bowls & slides. shave down the end of the boss a little, you will be drilling, for idle screw holes, or it might not hit the slides enough to get a desired idle rpm. Put choke tube back on before firing it up. Look at piston #'s while you have the reeds out. iirc, some reeds require boot modifications to fit. Inspect boots for dry rot & do a leakdown test before running for piece of mind & intake gaskets tend to leak.
  18. Not mine, so cant get better pic's but i copied this, to do mine by Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
