Then you need a direct drive 100% bran new cast cover. It beats the crap out of having your stock cover machined and having an extension ring welded / epoxied on. You also want one that has a 12 bolt lexan. The 6's tend to warp over time and seep a little. I am sure that is what the other guy is refering about with his clutch cover.

I would say that your plugs are black due to the 55 pilot, and since you have been riding at under 1/4 throttle your riding on or around the pilot jet.
I would try CEK needles. You have CGL's. CEK's work pretty good in pj's. They are a shorter needle. Since your all the way rich on the needle now you need to install a shorter needle and reinstall them in the middle clip. They both have the same taper, but the CEK's will be a little richer around 1/4 throttle because they are a smaller diameter.
How do you explain no one else topping suzuki's ltz500 quadzilla from the 80's at 49 hp from the factory. People where killing them selfs left and right and suzuki got sued. Since then the atv mfg's restricted the hp their machines produced from the factory.
There is also another that makes atv's different from mc's. There is deffinatly a false sence of secuity with atv's. People assume they are safer due to the fact they have 4 wheels. So some one that completly has no clue on what they are doing is more likley to buy a new atv vs. a mc.
No that is how they came from cascade. They get them bare and have there own chrome work done on them. I dont ride in mud. I did shoot some white 1200 or 1500 deg paint down the throat of the pipes when they were new.
My oppinion was the same before you started selling parts. I havent changed just to personally attack you.

I look at it this way; when you buy a Noss Machine head your dealing with a guy who has done a lot to move the banshee industry forward, vs a billit accessory company can produce a copy.
I have owned 2 things made by modquad and that is enough for me.
#1. A set of front pipe hangers. As soon as I recieved them I sold them. They were just a fancy solid aluminum bracket with rubber vibration isolater bushing. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to determine that a solid pipe mount will cause pipes to crack. I have herd that they have sence started including a rubber washer / gromet. Who knows how many sets they sold with out them caused problems.
#2 A hide a key bracket. This one is super sweet. It is to short and the holes dont line up. Who would have though a flat billit bracket with 3 holes would be so hard to design. I keep this in my desk drawer as a reminder.
I am just saying you layed in to this guy about getting 2 base gakets from this gasket king company like he was taking food off your dinner table. Yet you come along peddling a modquad head for a few bucks profit when there is a site sponcer that specializes in making cool heads, and has been around for a heck of a longer than both you and I.
I just recomend the manufacture over a modquad middle man.
I wonder how many ModQuad heads are out there are running a pair of Noss Machine Domes vs. A Noss Machine Head running ModQuad domes.
Not trying to start a WAR but;
I guess I dont see the difference between this thread and Pushing the sales of a Mod Quad head over a Noss Machine or Charriot Head. Yea your a site sponcer but your still peddling / making a few bucks selling some one else's product (Mod Quad head) vs. Noss or Charriot who actually make there own heads and sponcer the site.
Isnt this what you just complained about?

Just think of them as T5's on steroids. They hit a little later than t5's and rev out a lot higher than t5's. They make a good general mid to top end pipe if your ported.
Yea that is a good one for a rering job, but you also need to know if the current bore is ture and have the proper clearances for the size of pistons your running.
I would look for a raptor 660 roller. It has a lot taller engine and more room with out having to hack the top frame tubes like you will with a banshee frame.
Motoul 800 is a good oil. Klotz R50 would be a good oil too. Especially if your wanting to run the same oil in both your banshee and RM125. Klotz supertechniplate is a good oil but it does contain 20% caster oil. Caster oil burns dirty, wich means power valve mantinence on the RM. Klotz R50 is a super clean burning 100% synthetic oil.
It just depends on what type of port job and who did it. You really dont know what you have until you take the jugs off and send them to a reputable banshee builder. You cant tell by looking at the intake ports. If the guy that ported the cylinders was a no name just looking for cash all he would have to do is make the intake ports look flashy and fast, take the money and run. Some people wouldnt even know the difference.
Then you get in to the fact that not all 2 strokes are the same, different engines have different requirements. Just cause they port a mean 125 or 250cc dirt bike doesnt meen they build a sweet banshee engine. That is why I would stick with some one who is KNOWN for building banshee engines.
Yea you can get it straigt from dave noss it would be the sam. Jeff at FAST, and Kevin at HJR, and brandon at wild card racing have the noss cool head with there logo engraved on the head, that is all.
