  1. And make sure you have some real hose on there. Not crap vacuum line.
  2. Chrome Dominator 5T exhaust pipe. There is a little road rash and a slight ding. It isnt big enough to affect performance. I did take my dremal and grind down the welds in the inside of the header. That way they are not hampering exhaust flow. Pipe, Brackets, no leak coupler, x port. You will need to buy exhaust gaskets. $85 Road Rash pic.
  3. Turtle Racing enclosed clutch system, gun metal in color. Choice of one pinion: 16T, 17T or 18T $125 shipped.
  4. Maybe it isnt even running on the cold side. No heat, no fire, no change when the plug wire is pulled. Have the carbs been synced? That is the first thing I would check. Make sure you use a sync tool not your eyeball.
  5. I prefer to stay way from Mod Quad. They are like pirates, all they do is make copies of other peoples products.
  6. I will just stick with my $435 4mill Hot Rods crank from Jeff at FAST.
  7. I have my vapor hooked up to the lighting circuit. It will run off of AC power.
  8. I guess if the exploding tz bearing was a concern I would have went with a Max load bearing with Helicut gears. The guys who swap to straight cut gears are running huge motors, or they need a different gear ratio for 1/8 or 1/4 mile asphalt drag racing. I am running a TZ bearing with helicut gears with no problems.
  9. Any resason why your running straight cut gears? There are plenty of high hp banshee's running around with the regular heli cut gears.
  10. That is because it is sucking the soap and water solution in to where ever the leak is. You need pressure to make bubbles. Ever tried sucking bubbles instead of blowing them? All you get is a mouth full of soap and no bubbles.
  11. yes because the last time they rased the fee was 1996, 16 years ago. I am sure the number of atv's that use the services has gone up, along with the cost to maintain stuff. Ethire pay to keep it open, or let them go down hill tell the point that the tree hugers have a valid point about atv's destroying the land.
  12. Or it could be like nebraska. No fee with about 2 small places to ride. I would pay $100 bucks a year to have the trail systems that some states have.
  13. That would work. What about the guy who has been here less has to send what ever first. Weather it is parts or money. Just make sure the price is agreed apon. If your parts are worth $100 bucks that your selling me. My $100 bucks is worth $100 bucks. Why does the buyer always have to be the one at risk?
  14. Yea to bad some one here on the HQ didnt live close RS. They could go dumpster diving at night.
  15. I am pretty sure it is a TZ Roller bearing. I cant rember and havent had the bottom end appart since I have built my 4mill in 2006
  16. I have a max load on the flywheel side, and a TZ roller bearing on the PTO side. I bought my 4mill crank used from Jeff at FAST and am running it with regular helicut gears. I havent had a problem.
  17. So is it really a ricky stator if you have taken all the wrie off and rewound it? The one good ricky stator (old one that was on my banshee when i bought it) got taken out by a Crap ricky stator flywheel. The rivts loosend up and one sheared.
  18. Then you have to pull the whole float bowl off to change a main jet. Other wise you could have just used a 17mm wrench to take the plug out. I would go with a billit intake. Mikuni replacemt flanges are around $15 bucks from dennis kirk. A little bit of yamabond 4 and they wont leak at all.
  19. Stock stator with no head ach about weather or not my banshee will perform on the top end. Wait unitl you spend hours chasing the jetting all over the place then come to find out it is the pice of crap high out put stator. I went through 3 ricky stator's all under warrenty and will never run nothing but an OEM Yamaha stator in my Banshee. I have a bran new one as a backup.
  20. My boss intake uses Mikuni VM34/200-1 boots. They have a 60mm bolt holes center to center. Here is a list of Mikuni part#'s and Dimensions. http://www.sudco.com/flange.html Why not just get new Genuine Mikuni boots. You can get them from Dennis Kirk for around 15 bucks. https://www.denniskirk.com/mikuni/carb-mounting-flange-for-30-34mm-carbs.p1867.prd/1867.sku
  21. I belive that Hot Rods only welds the 4mill cranks as well. So if it isnt welded then it probably isnt a 4mill. On the other side he could have had anybody weld it so it sill might not be a 4mill.
  22. It is the long 14mm. Remeber any open area in the adaptor before the check valve is added volume to the combustion chamber.
