Naw I was just trying to explain it with out confusing him more. Your weed wacker doenst have a tuned pipe because it was desined to have a muffler (quiet) at the cost of power. Why dont you get a tuned pipe that is made for some large scale 32cc RC's. Conventional 4 Stroke engine. Wankel Rotary Engine Like in the Mazda RX-8's Gnome Rotary Engine. By far the wierdest engine. They Cylinders actually rotate around the crank. The crank stays stationary. The valves are in the pistons. Just follow the cylinder around with the Green Con Rod.

Cuz 2 Strokes dont have valves and four strokes do. The exhaust pipe on a 2 stroke helps hold in the fresh fuel and air mixture by a pressure wave. The pressure wave comes out of the exhaust port in to the pipe and reflects back twards the engine's exhaust port. It reflects off the exhaust pipe were it starts to neck back down. That is why different shape pipes have such a drastic affect on where your banshee builds its power at a certian rpm range. Certian pipes seal more better at certian rpm ranges. Drag Pipes seal best at high rpms. That is why you feel that hard hit at higher rpms than say an all around pipe like T5's. T5's seal better at a lower rpm range. That is why they are a better sutied for all around riding. Now mix in all the different manufactures and that is why there are so many choices out there. Four strokes have exhaust vavles that keep the fuel and air in while it is on the compression stroke. It doesnt use pressure waves to seal up the exhaust port unitl the piston has it sealed off.

I kind of have a back up plan. The coated Sparks exhaust are just mild steel. I spent the extra cash and got a bare stainless steel exhaust system. Then had Jet Hot Coat it. That way if the coating ever did go to crap it wouldnt rust. :thumbsup:

It doesnt make any more power. Just keep the heat in the exhaust pipe instead of radiating out in to your legs.

Well you wrap your pipes with it. Go around and around with it. Just like if you hurt your arm and bandaged it up. The 1 in wide sutff will lay down on the pipes better because it is not as wide. If you used the 2 in stuff you would be more likely to get ripples and have it not lay down flat on the pipes. They use some stainless steel zip ties to hold the wrap down.

I havent had any problems with my header on my raptor. It looks good as new. Your headers on a car would be a different story. Coating gets chipped then the salt from winter roads. I dont really ride my raptor in any mud though. josh

Exhaust All around best exhaust pipe if you plan on doing porting. Toomey T5's All around best exhaust pipe if you dont plan on porting. Toomey T6's Toomey Racing Web Page LINK Drag inframe exhaust pipes. CPI or Shearer seem to be what most people that run drag pipes run. Shearer & CPI Drag Pipes from F.A.S.T. LINK Change the compression. Shave your stock head or get a Noss Machine head. Noss Machine Banshee Cool Head LINK Timing advance. I run an adjustable timing plate. You can get one off of ebay or go to Ricky Stator Timing Plate LINK A set of V Force 3 Intake Reeds from F.A.S.T. V Force 3 Reeds From F.A.S.T. LINK Get a set of Clamp on filters. A good port job is well worth the money. Jeff from F.A.S.T. is supose to do a really good job. Jeff from F.A.S.T. is going to have the best prices. jet hot does coatings in some colors. Jet Hot Color LINK Copper Head would be cool on the right color shee. All black with this color pipes.

I didnt know you could anodize steel. Thought it was a process for just aluminum.

No boost bottle here. I have a boss racing intake. It has a machined in crossover tube. No way for sand to work its way in. :beer: Got A nology coil and hot wires my self. Seems to start way easier. You can see the ground strap that goes from the Hot wires to my cool head.

If your just wanting better looking pipes. Send those to jet hot and have them put there sterling silver coating on it. They did my raptor pipe. The stuff holds up great. They coat the inside too, that really helps keep the heat in side the pipe and keeps it from radiating out in to your legs. They are kind of pricy. My raptor header was like 120 dollars

Yea it is a Bullitt. It is # 0073. My girlfried just had my windows tinted too. They put on a Bullitt chome decal on then sealed it in by putting the tint on over it. I just took a picture of the Bullitt emblem on the inside of the door and they made the decals from that. So it says Bullitt in that funny writing. White kit looks good on your black banshee as well. :beer:

Look at the custom wiring with dual batteries. This thing is sweet dual 7.2 volt batteries just like my E MAXX RC monster turck

You could have been talking to the original account owner. I bet some body hijacked his account and listed the banshee. You ever get those messages were somebody contacts you with a ebay look alike about buying a laptop pc or something like that. You click on the respond button and it brings you to a look a like ebay logn in page. That is how they do it. If you ever get one put your cursor over the respond now button. Look at the URL at the bottom boarder of your explorer window. It is not going to take you to ebay.

If your getting an MX port job I would get pipes to match it. T5's. If you were gettting a dune port job I would say CPI's
