  1. I would stay with the Keihin PWK. They are a newer designed carb. I didnt like my PJ34's. I am running PWK 33's with my trail port. josh
  2. Your going to love this. You have to tear the bottom end appart. Pull the crank out, take the pto gear off and swap seals. You pretty much have to split the cases because the seal is sandwitched between the case halfs.
  3. He sounds like a real winner. :shoothead: Its got Reeds and Valves. He sure knows what he is talking about.
  4. Keep an eye on your transmission oil level. See if it starts dissapearing. Mine was doing the same thing it was the crank seal. It ran enough oil thew the RH cylinder that the piston was spotless. It washed all the carbon right off the top of the piston.
  5. Not to mention that you cut your gas milage in half. Once they mod the carbs you cant switch them back because they usually do some dirlling.
  6. what does the water pump look like. is the impeller fine?
  7. you could just get a blaster like this. You can reuse the sand. Some times when you reuse the sand it starts pluging up your gun. Blaster LINK
  8. You ran the bike out of coolant and bashing D&M for it now. ::
  9. 130 isnt to high for a that kawie. You go along the same lines. My craftsman snowblower with Tecumseh 9HP. Has 125 psi of compression. Same thing with the banshee. If it is around 100psi it is probably getting alittle tired. On thing you have to remember though is alot of 4strokes have auto decompression devices on the camshafts. They will hold an exhaust valve opean a little until it starts running. So if you get a low reading then i could possible be because of that too. josh
  10. It shouldnt be blowing antifreez out the radiator. It is over heating. When you would refill the jug that is all you were doing. While the Radiator kept getting lower and lower until there was nothing left. I would have both cylinders checked out. If you ran it with out antifreeze I would say that both cylinders are going to need work. josh
  11. I got one that is made by DRAG Specialties. Has a glass outer with a mesh screen. You can take it appart to clean it. This is the one that I have. Drag Fuel Filter LINK
  12. What size pilots and needle do run? What kind of exhaust? I assume that your running PODs.
  13. Home Cooked (OVER A WOOD FIRE) Prime Rib, T Bone Steak, Rib Eye, New York Stirp Steak Fast Food Arbys Roast Beef Sandwitches. Or Jimmy John's Sub Sandwitches. Opean until 2 A.M. and they deliver (comes in handy when your not in the best shape to be driving  ) Bread is ususally HOT out of the oven. They make and deliver your super fast. One of there slogans is "If you want your sandwitch faster make it your sefl."
  14. Got a link to the Ford F350. How much do you want for it?
  15. I run dual 33 PWK carbs. Jeff at FAST said that the 28mm carbs would be good on just a piped shee. He said if you do any kind of porting he recomended at least 33 PWK's, heck duncans web page only lists PJ34mm and PWK 35mm.
  16. It would be sweet if somebody designed a suplementry tank to go under the seat, where the stock air box is. You would have to run POD filters though.
  17. That is way to thin. If you had the same guy do it I would be afraid of getting one like you have now. I am suprised some body hasnt made a billit aluminum flywheel yet. With the flywheel your were running it was probably like running a PVL Ignition with no flywheel at all.
  18. I take the thumb throttle cover off and use a small 1/4 in drive socket in between the throttle housing and the arm that the cable conects to. That way you dont have to worry about being steady. Your problem with more exhaust or smoke coming out of one pipe vs the other is probably that the idle screws are not synced, unless for some reason your air srews are different # of turns out.
  19. You need to get you one of these tools. It will take care of that problem of more exhaust coming out of one side. You aslo use it to sync the carbs. Just crack the throttle opean and see how much air it is pulling and adjust the carb cables until it is the same. Well worth the 50 bucks! Carb Tool from FAST LINK
  20. How much are they. Are they really 30mm? I see people saying that they got 30mm keihin carbs, but accoriding to keihins web page they dont even make a 30mm. They Make a 28mm but is it really worth spening that cash to gain +2mm. I got a real set of Keihin Pwk 33mm carbs from Jeff at FAST for around 300-320 bucks for the pair.
  21. Why dont you just build yours? By the time you sell yours, and when you buy parts that you already had (Cases, Trans, and other stuff) your going to be in the hole? There is stock banshee engines selling complete on ebay for 800. If yours is a 2005 why not keep it, I am sure that transmission is going to be in better shape than a used one that your going to buy later on.
  22. Cub is 64mm bore You can also get a Cub in a 68mm bore The super cub I believe is a 72mm bore.
  23. They aslo have a mini powerball as well. It also comes with a long extension.
