  1. 95% of the time if your jugs have been ported for the stock crank then you cannot port them for a 4mm stroker crank. The transfer port duration cannot be corrected. You might have been able to get a way from it if you had a woods port but I bet your transfers have been opeaned up too much since you have a Drag Ported stock stroke cylinders.
  2. I would run wiseco if it were mine. That is what 90% of peopel are going to tell you too.
  3. Longer intake runners on cars help with top end. Look at the N/A Drag cars. It is your call on wheather the longer intake track makes up for the extra crank case volume on a banshee. Not trying to start WWIII but I would think they would go between the engine and reeds. #1 If your running V Force 3 reeds with the round opeaning that would cause way to much turbulance. #2 They are called reedspacers. Not Intake spacers or carburetor spacers. (just messing with ya) #3 Passion Racing Pic from they'er web page.
  4. I bet the toomey ones dont kill performance as bad as just stuffing a screen in your silencer. Look at how much surface area that the toomey spark arrestors have. More surface area = less restriction = more power.
  5. Looks good. Who did your powdercoated your frame?
  6. It is Duplicolor's Red Metal Cast. You know that spray paint that is supose to look anodized. You can get it at Advanced Auto, Walmart. It is the chrome red cap. You will aslo need to get the base coat. That is what gives it a chrome look. I didnt get enought on in some places that is why it looks orange. The Paint is rated at 500 deg. Here is the blue that I had done to my old DMC Alien exhaust on my raptor.
  7. You might be able to get a way with just new pistons. New pistons could bring you back in to spec. What kind of pistons are in it now? Just OEM Yamaha pistons? 2.551 in = 64.7954 mm. I would say your current bore size would be a 65.00mm bore. But I would deffinatly make sure before you just go throwing in pistons. For pistons I would go with Wiseco Racers Choice HP Sereis that are Electra Coated. The HP sereis pistons are supose to have larger windows in the skirt to help with air flow. I believe that the Electra Coated ones have a anti friction coating on the skirt. Here is a link to Wiseco Pistons Yamaha Pistons. Wiseco Piston LINK
  8. Or have it electronicly transfered to your checking account for free. I believe paypal charges you a fee for sending you a check in the mail. josh
  9. I like mine. Really cleans up and makes jetting easier. None of that crap coming out of the top of the intakes.
  10. Make sure you try these out too. Tornado Performance Booster HIGH-PERFORMANCE/COMMERCIAL-VEHICLE MAGNETIC FUEL SAVER DYNO-TAB
  11. If your going to be getting a CDI i would get a Dyna Digital FS CDI. It has 4 different timing curves programed in to it. You just select a curve with a switch. You can also reprogram it with custom curves as well.
  12. They really are not to bad. 204 and free shipping from this guy on ebay. Barnett Banshee Clutch Basket LINK
  13. Has anybody tried the Barnett Billit Clutch Basket? They have replaceable stainless steel inserst. I would imagen that the stainless steel wouldnt grove as easily as aluminum. If they do groove you can replace the insert and have a bran new clutch basket again. They also have a pretty nice looking pressure plate. Here is the link. Barnett Billit Clutch Basket LINK
  14. Could you please explain your theory on how your going to get better fuel milage? The jets, needle, clip position, air screws are what control how much fuel gets dumped in to the engine. Do you really expect Acetone to change the amount of fuel that you go through? I wonder if acetone will break down the oil that u use for premix? Go put some acetone on a rag, put the rag on your face and lay down and drift in to lala land.
  15. I wouldnt put it in my gas. Acetone is way more flamable and volital than gasoline. If you add it to your fuel your are lowing the octane number. To low then you start detonating. Try an experiment. Put some plastic parts in acetone. Watch them melt and think if that would be cool to do to the plastic and rubber parts in your carburetor, fuel tank, and fuel tank valve. Do you really think that all the big name oil companies paid there Chemical Engineer's big money, and come to find out they for got to add the acetone?
  16. I run Keihin PWK 33mm carbs. They are a great set. Most people that run aftermarket carbs run Keihin or Huge Lectron carbs.
  17. Good guy to deal with. Answers all PM, gives you a tracking number. I will buy from again if I have the chance jbooker82
  18. $70 bucks Shipped. Figuring $50 for the tires and $20 for shipping. I have for sale a pair of ITP Black Water Mud tires. The size is 20X12X8. 90% to 95% tead left. The look bran new except for a little wear on the out side edges of the tires. The tires still have the tits on the out side of them. These tires are a mud tire but I ran them on really soft sand trails were I wasnt allowed to run a paddle tire. The tires worked really well in the sand. Here are the pics of them. They are for the tires only no rims. If you have any questions just PM or email me at jbooker82@yahoo.com Thanks for looking josh
  19. Free Bump That is true. Sorry Dave I didnt mean for it to sound like I was Knocking you. I would look in to them if they were ported for a +4mm crank.
  20. www.ronnies.com They have them for about 500 bucks. That is with the factory coating on. You could probably pick your color by seeing what color the frame was for the year. Black 2006 SE frame and so on.
