  1. If it is a chocolate brown color I would say that your good where your at. How does it run?
  2. yea they will sell them to him. I think that rocky mountain atv sells them as well. josh
  3. I would get it ported. That is the next big improvement. A cool head and advancing the timing will be noticable gains but not nearly as much as porting. Idealy you should do all 3.
  4. I am with Bansh-eman. I like the bottom one. You logo already has flames in it. The bottom flame takes away from the logo. The bottom one has the checkerd flag pattern. Usually when ever you see the word raging on something it has the checkerd flag pattern behind it. That and the bottom one has an actual place that your shop is located at. Lets people know that the mid west knows how to build banshees. Plus it gives some since of being a real shop. We all know you have a real shop, but somebody looking at the shirt for the first time might not have ever herd of you. Gives you the feeling that your ordering parts from a real performance shop and a person, not just from a computer on the net. josh.
  5. Thanks for the great price on the Lockup. Been great doing buisness with you.

  6. 350shee Bought a direct drive lockup and clutch cover from 350shee. Every thing went great. Always answered pm's. He even went over to direct drives shop and got me the color lexan I wanted. Great guy to deal with. josh jbooker82
  7. Porting, Reeds, Noss Machine Head, Ricky stator timing advance. Get the carbs later. That way you know what size to get baised on your riding type and porting style. When you do get carbs I would go with keihin PWK 33mm Carbs at the smallest. That is if you get a good port job other wise I would just stick to stock carbs. That is also what jeff at fast recomended to me. He said he wouldnt really waist time with 28's unless your going to just have pipes with no porting. Some times porting affects the compression. I would do the port job before you get a noss head. That way you can break it in and do a compression check to get a base line. Then you can get a better estimate of what your compression is going to be with a given dome size. You would be able to get closer to the limit of, pump fuel if you wanted to run only premium pump fuel. Swaping a head out later on isnt that big of a deal. josh
  8. You could aslo have them clear powder coated as well.
  9. All I ment was that if it didnt work he wouldnt be out much since you can pickup a set of dg pipes for 100 bucks.
  10. Talk to bentvalve he has some he is selling.
  11. I would say 155 main, 48 pilot, CEL needle 3rd or 4th clip position. Your air screw shoudl be in between 1 to 2 turns out. As for the idle screw is should be set just for what ever idle speed that you want.
  12. Then if your shock isnt revalved and sprung for your +6 swing arm, the rear suspension sags even more.
  13. I didnt have any problem with them when I got my Boss Intake or my Toomey T5's. Bansh-eman said he meet them one time riding and they wernt real cool.
  14. If you over fill the oil it will do it too.
  15. I would run the front ribed tires anywhere that you run rear paddles.
  16. DG is a good pipe to experiment with :yelrotflmao:
  17. In2Glamis is inland atv. Just so you know. Here is there web page also. Inland ATV LINK
  18. I know that is just the theory of the designe.
  19. I run my boss intake with vforce 2 reeds with no problems.
  20. The x would help keep air flowing straight witch would help increas flow. I doubt you would really notice any performance difference between the vitos with the x and the srp ones. Here is where I bought my boss racing intake. It was from Inland ATV aka In2glamis on ebay. It says 34mm carbs but it works for 33-35mm carbs. In2glamis Boss Racing Intake LINK Majic Mike on here also sells one that he makes with the crossover machined in. He doesnt have on listed on ebay for 33-35mm carbs. Maybe the smaller one will work or he is has one that is just not listed right now. Majic Mike's 26mm to 32mm Intake LINK Majic Mike's 38-40mm Intake LINK
  21. If your going to get that style of intake where they are seperate then I would get this style from jeff. They have the x in the middle of them. Intake LINK I run a boss racing intake. It is the same price as the ones your looking for. It has a crossover tube machined inbetween the two carbs. Pluse it move the carbs back and up so they dont hit on the clutch lever. Pluse it gets rid of the boost bottle for a much cleaner look.
  22. I dont know if he would need them The boss intake has a round hole that looks like it would line up perfictly with the Vforce 3 reeds. The reed stuffers make the smaller round hole in VForce 3 reeds a big square one. Cascade Reed Stuffer LINK Here is my boss intake. Really Cleans things up by getting rid of the crossover tube or boost bottle.
