  1. I ran Keihin PWK 33's on my mx ported machine. I now run them on my drag ported 4mill. I woulnt waste my time on 28-30mm knock off brands.
  2. What is a good brand of power jet? I thought about trying them on my pwk33's. Just not to sure about drilling the holes in the carbs though.
  3. I was wondering if anybody else has ever tried a Projected Tip Spark Plug. If you run B8ES the projected tip version would be BP8ES If you run BR8ES then the projected tip version would be BPR8ES. Standard plug Projected Tip Spark Plug I put a set of BP8ES's in my banshee. I gapped the plug to .080 and installed them and rolled the motor over. Took them out and they were still gapped to .080. That way I would know for sure if they would clear the pistons. Reset the gap to .032. Put them in and fired it up. Seems to run good. Could be because I was needing a new set of plugs. I figured that getting the spark a little farther down in the cylinder couldnt hurt. Plus it would up your compression a little because the spark plug would take up a little more room in the combustion chamber. The only down side that I would see is easier fouling since it is down in the cylinder a little more. josh

  6. How do you figure? With a 2 stroke your burning oil along with fuel. Burning oil = carbon. The whole Idea of a spark arrestor is to catch hot pices of carbon.
  7. Most people just run HD Springs. No need to change the clutch plates if it inst slipping.
  8. Timing Plate Sold to chappy I guess all I have left is the Pro Design air filter kit.
  9. I have a Patriot Racing 4 mill. Drag ported Stock cylinders. Runs really good. Dan from patriot racing is a great guy to deal with. Jeff at Fast is a good guy to deal with as well

Stator Plate in for sale forum LINK josh
  11. Ok I see what your taling about now. I just ran them for a little while. When I had my old PJ carbs and UPP racing intakes (looked like stock only for bigger carbs). Helped move the carbs so they didnt hit the clutch lever.
  12. If you endup going with a ricky stator adj timing plate. I got one I would sell you $25 shipped. Looks new other than where the bolts go that hold it to the motor. I have good feedback on here. Just ask Dajogejr
  13. Thanks much appreciated. I cant remember it was ethire you or DOTD. I remember buying the Short Heat Shield sleeves that cascade sells from you.
  14. #1. Pro Design Pro Flow with K&N Filter, and K&N PreCharger. Bracket has an oring seal that seals the plate to the air box so no dirt can get inbetween the plate and air box. It allows you to run with no air box lid because the filter clamps to the billit aluminum plate. $45 Shipped. #2. Adjustable timing stator plate. allows you to adjust from -10deg to +10 deg. Plate is used but looks bran new other than where the bolts tighten down against the plate. $25 shipped #3. Noss Machine Reed spacers. They are the aluminum spacers. The go inbetween the cylinders and the reeds. I dont need them any more because I now run a different intake. $20 shipped. 15. 410 mains is way to big. I would say you had other problems that destroid your engine.
  16. Chances are since K&T done your cylinders they wont be able to report them for the 4mill crank. Not saying that in a bad way but I am sure it is a pretty aggressive port job and the transfer ports are probably raised to high for a 4 mill crank.
  17. They are yamaha front bolt patter. I believe they fit Raptor, Banshee, YFZ450, Warrior. Selling a set of 1.5 in per side (3 total) wheel spacers. They are made by UM. They have the studs that thread on to your existing studs. That way you dont have to knock the original studs out and replace them with longer blots. Try holdind the bolt head and tighting the lug nut on the outside of the wheel at the same time. Asking 50 bucks shipped. You can pm me or email me at jbooker82@yahoo.com Here are the pics. josh
  18. What do you mean they wont hookup. You have to cut the rubber things off of the back side of the intake boot so it will work. That is all you have to do.
  19. I would recomend the plastic TM Designworks over an aluminum one. Much better protection. Case Saver Thread on BHQ LINK
