  1. If you were going along it 5 or 6th and pull the clutch in and costed to a stop I bet you welded the ball and rod.
  2. Its no biggie just giveing ya some crap. I got a raptor 660 too so when I hear Flat Slide. I think of Keihin's FCR's.
  3. PWK doesnt have a flat slide. It has a D shaped slide. Keihin PWK LINK PJ's are Oval Keihin PJ LINK PE's are Round Keihin PE Link FCR's are Flat Keihin FCR LINK
  4. Are your domes cut for the 4mill stroker or are you running a base plate? What is the squish?
  5. They just charge an honest price for a chrome plated splined rod. 400 for an axle is way overpriced.
  6. Yea most people have the rear stock shock rebuilt and resprung. For an alxe get a G Force adjustable +2+4 from rocky mountain atv for 199. The Posi Lock nut is even inclueded in that price.
  7. You need to look in to your wallet for the answer to that question. How much do you want to spend?
  8. That guy says it work with ac. I havent converted mine and my gauge works ok.
  9. I would say that those cylinders have been opeaned up to far to be reported for a 4 mill crank.
  10. I think the reeds and intake boots are Hona 250cc or 500cc. dirt bike parts.
  11. On a serious note. I dont know what a stock banshee handles like. Mine came with +2 arms, and works dual rate ressi shocks in the front, and a Round House Swinger, and a revalved rear shock.
  12. Or get a Drag Port job and destroy 60hp banshee's. :yelrotflmao: I didnt buy a banshee cause it handled good.
  13. I have that same gauge. The LED one. I mouned mine up by the handle bars same as my old setup. I was running the mechanical one. I couldnt keep a gauge in it. The vibration would ruin them pretty quickly. The electric one is the way to go. My bar clamp is a trail tech clamp. It has that hole in it. Get you a mounting bracket for a 2in or 2 1/16 gauge. Straighten the bracket out, trim and knotch the bracket so it will fight tighly inbetween the 2 top handle bar clam bolts and tighten the bars down.
  14. A Flat Slide Carb is for a 4 stroke. It has an accelerator pump. When you opean the throttle up it squirts fuel in to the engine.
  15. That is for a 68mm bore and stock crank right? Do you still have to run trinitys piston if you run a 68mm bore, 4 mill cylinder with 4mill long rod crank or do you just use blaster pistons? just wondering. I didnt realize that the 68mm bore stock stroke cub had a special piston. Just figured you had to run a long rod crank with standard 68mm blaster pistons if you wanted a 68mm bore stock stroke.

drill a hole through the steel and rubber. Put a 2 bolts in it to keep it held together. It works but since dajogejr has a a couple get it from him. josh
  17. I didnt realize you were oversea's. I couldnt tell you about the stock stroke cub vs a 4 mill cub. I know on my stock mx ported cylinders to 66mm 4mill drag ported cylinders it was a big difference. Your going to need a set of pipes too, a cub will need a set of cpi's, or other inframe drag pipes to run the best. josh
  18. Yes lean = hot. If it is melting the ground straps off plugs then it is way lean. You could burn holes in your pistons as well. josh
  19. The 68mm bore pistons shouldnt be any harder to get. I believe you run a long rod crank with blaster pistons for that setup. If you thinking about getting a long rod crank to run the 68mm bore you might as well get a +4mill crank, and 4 mill cub cylinder, unless you have specific reansons why you need to stay stock stroke.(drag class limitations). These banshee parts snow ball pretty easy. For just a little more I could go.... on and on, it doesnt ever stop. josh
  20. I lube my slides with Cable Life lube. It says for cables and throttle slides. Try that.
  21. Both sets I posted are stock banshee cylinders that have been ported.
  22. Just leave the wires coming out of the tumb throttle unpluged. It is for the tors
  23. Cylidners that were on my banshee when I bought it. Suposdly MX port job my Victory Motor Sports in Moundridge KS. Looks like they done the cylinder in the last pic first, and got the hang of it.
  24. Patriot Racing Drag Ported 4 Mill cylinders. Here is a couple pics of the knife edged transfers. The intake and transfer ports have been sand blasted. That must help the air and fuel mix by creating turbulance. Plus is makes a nice uniform surface. If you try the sand blaster make sure you stuff a some old rags in the bore so you dont sand blast the bore. Exhaust port.
