  1. Reminds me of that pic of the home made drag port where they totaly removed the intake bridge.
  2. Yea it took 3 months to get my cylinders back from patriot racing. All I had done was a resleeve job and have the porting matched up to the current port job. All the big builders take time.
  3. I dont think I would buy a 2 pice head. A 1 pice head would would make the cylinders more rigid. Wether the banshee needs a (stud Girdle) for the head is one thing. It cant hurt though. That is another good thing about the 1 pice intake.
  4. I would say those are bad. Looks like some one use the bigger is better theory. Here is my drag ported 4 mill stroker port and it isnt any where near that thin.
  5. Can you do a +2 with skid plate mounts. I trail ride and have to have a skid.
  6. Yea same here. Patriot Drag Ported 4 mill with CPI Inframes, 165-160 main (depending on the temp at 2200ft elevation), 48pilot, CEL needles middle clip, Air screws 2 turns out.
  7. I have never herd of a 37mm carb who makes it?
  8. That is high. Cascade must have upped the price. I got my CPI's 4 months ago for 595. I didnt think that was too bad since most places sold CPI's crappy chrome for $550.
  9. Hay Thanks, The frame is black chrome with a glitter clear coat powder coating. The water pump cover is a tm design works. At 80 bucks it is about the most expensive one out there. TM's Web Page LINK josh
  10. That is about the same price as Jeff at Fast and you will be buying from a reputalbe, and overall nice guy, Not the ebay machine. Ebay is great but If you can help out a good guy why not?
  11. Yep Cascade all the way. I wanted nice CPI's so I got mine from them. They do Toomey T5's, Shearer, and CPI. Toomey has pretty good chrome from there factory, but Shearer and CPI's have been known to flake off and look not so hot in general. Here are my CPI's no blueing so far. They are deffinatly worth the extra cash and little wait time.
  12. If you have a cool head then you just buy stroker domes alread made for the added stroker. Much better way than puting the spacer under the jugs.
  13. It is deffinatly worth it especially if you get the cylinders ported too. Talk with jeff at fast. He can save you a bunch of money on parts. josh
  14. Upp Racing sells a poly set. They last longer than the regular rubber ones. UPP Racing
  15. I have both stator and flywheel. 0 problems. Had them for about a year.
  16. Ricky Stator sells a HD Regulator rated for 250 watts.
  17. In my oppinion Drag port PWK 35's. Dune port PWK 33's.
  18. I just bent some out of flat strap aluminum. Then used a small one inch or so U bolt to atach the bracket to the frame.
  19. RIS Designs they thread together an clamp down. They use 4 viton orings to seal up.
  20. CPI's espically if you are going to be doing a 4mill crank, and dune port, drag port or cub cylinder. If you want nice chrome buy them from www.cascadeinnovations.net they get them bare steel from CPI and have there plater chrome them. CPI's chrome isnt near the quality as cascade's.
  21. Get a set of Keihin PWK 33's from jeff at fast. I got mine from him for around $350. That was for carbs, cable, taller carb top adjusters, metal idle adjustment screws, and ez pull slide springs. He also sells a billit intake that has a built in crossover tube. It is thicker and angled so it moves the carbs up and back so the left carb bowl doesnt hit on the clutch arm. Get one of his carb sync gauges too. Makes syncing the carbs ez and dead on accurate.
  22. You need to get the cylinders ported. That is the next big modd after doing pipes. I would aslo get a better set of pipes. There is a reason why toomy doesnt make the T3's any more. I would do a 4 mill stroker crank, dune port job, and a set of CPI exhaust pipes.
  23. Most aftermarket exhaust systems dont even have mounts there. The just use a single mount on the silencer body.
  24. I would say it is for the Servo Cover for power valves on a RZ. I am not for sure though.
