  1. Here study this web page. It will help you with your Keihin Jetting DRI Keihin Jetting Tech Page LINK
  2. I put a Pignel on my banshee just insurance.
  3. Try dropping your pilot a size. Most people run 48-45 piltos Your probably pretty rich on the main too Needles sound about right. If you think it is rich lower the needle a clip position. If your going to change your setup change the pipes. CPI's would work good with an agressive dune port.
  4. Could have sucked a carb dry depending on how long you were at WOT?
  5. There are OTHER web sites with Banshee information you can go to. If you want to hang out with the MEN then you probably should get use to seeing boobs or LEAVE . Up next wannashee20 takes on the challenge of getting a coke at a gentelman's club with out seeing boobs
  6. The thing with using RTV is gasoline eats it. Using it on sufaces to seal oil is one thing but it wont hold up to gasoline.
  7. Duro and Maxxis must make tires for each other. There are several tires that are almost Identical to each other. The Duro's are Cheaper because there is no Maxxis name on them. The Duro Hookups Rear's are more agressive than the I Razr. The tread blocks are spaced out way farther. You can get the tires from Rocky Mountain Atv. Maxxis I Razr Front and Rear Duro Hookup Front and Rear Maxxis Big Horn Duro Power Grip
  8. I would just stick with the Blood. I think it is a Mineral oil. Kind of like baby oil. I dont think Brake Fluid would work.
  9. Flotek is another guy who would do a great portjob with a superfast turn around time.
  10. you cant say 11-1=psi. Bore size and duration of intake and exhaust greatly affect the pressure readind. Stock Banshee has around 6-1 compression ratio if I remember correctly. What mods an elevation are you at?
  11. The tread pattern on the Hookups is spaced apart farther (more agressive) than on the I razr's That is about the only difference.
  12. All that kit is is a 4 mill crank and you bore your jugs out to 66mm (not really worth wasting bores to gain cc's) Probably a littel magic alba porting too. I would go with fast. It will probably endup being around the same price and it will be a Harder running engine. Plus he doenst use the spacer plate.
  13. You could get a White Knuckle Racing Intake or Boss Racing. It has a built in crossover tube. It also moves the carbs up and back so the LH Carb Bowl wont rub on the clutch arm. You can replace the rubber intake boots on them for about 20 bucks too. They use the standard Mikuni Carb Flanges. I run a boss on my banshee with 33PWK's. It fits good. Probably a little more than what you wanted to spend but they are deffinatly worth it when trying to stuff bigger carbs between the frame rails. White Knuckle Racing LINK
  14. I run the Hookups all the way around on my 720cc Stroked Raptor. They do work real well. I would deffinatly get them again and plus you save a few bucks over the I razr's.
  15. I havent run the electra coated ones. I have had my pistons coated by Swain Tech. TBC
  16. I had the SST's they were a good pipe. Pluse you can get Turbin Core II silencers if you need a spark arrested silencer.
  17. It WONT be cheap It depends on if you want OEM or aftermarket. OEM Plastic was cheapest from Yamaha of Troy. That is were I got my 2006 Black Metalic Plastics. I ordered the 2006 LE stickers from Ronnies. Bike Bandit would be onther good place to get them from. Some of the stickers were 70 bucks a pop. Plastic was 450 shipped, and the decals were probably around 375. I wanted my 97 to look like an LE so I went with OEM.
  18. crank berring can go out letting the rod have some play and it will let the piston come up and do that.
  19. I think klotz r50 is supose to be good for powervalves. You want to stay away from klotz benol, supertechniplate, or maxima 927 because they have caster oil and it gets gummy.
  20. the reasoin why your fouling plugs is because your jetting is off or your running way to much oil. Changeing plugs is no the solution to keep from fouling plugs. I run all year on a set of standard ngk b8es. If your dead set on trying a different set of plugs try NGK BR8EIX it is a fine center iridium electrode plug.
  21. The only domes your going to get new in the package are Prodesign. Noss machine and any other people that make them just wrap them up in news paper.
  22. My patriot dradg ported 4mill ran like crap on T5 compaired to my cpi's. It ran good on the t5 but not near as good as cpi. If you never had it you dont really miss it type of thing. Since you say your not building a drag bike you obvesly are not concerned with getting every ounce of hp out of it. I would build a Drag ported 4mill. The 4mill helps out a lot in the midrange. I would go with Cpi pipes since they have a little earlier hit. Then Get a set of carbs. If this still isnt enough then drop on a 421cc 4mill cub cylinder. You will already have the pipes and carbs.
  23. Cpi's are a great pipe. Now u need to find a pair of keihin pwk33's. Running a 2-1 carb setup with those pipe would be like running dual 39mm carbs with a motofast 2-1 exhaust pipe. Yea it will run but the 2 mod's will be choaking each other.
