  3. I would do a 4mill stroker Mx port, or Hot trail port, with a set of Paul Turner Mids if you want a midrange machine. If your wanting a mid to top end then you could get a set of T5's. What do you have done to your banshee right now? josh

  5. Changing studds isnt really that big of a deal. Thread the old ones out, thread the new ones in.
  6. Are they the same size o rings in as what the Prodesigne Head uses? The Combustion Chamber would be the same since they use the same domes. I always thought I might get one if that rear fitting bolted on like my cool head. It is nice, that way you can put the head on and not have to try to fight getting that rear hose on the barb and trying to keep the orings in the head.
  7. How many O rings does this head use then. 6 total? If you need replacement O rings can you just get a prodesign O ring kit and just use the ones you need?

  9. That is cool. If money is tight then money is tight. You might look in to a charriot head. The are 163 shipped on ebay. Add says complete with domes, orings, and acorn nuts. There add says that they use standard prodesign domes.   10. So why not buy a noss head then. Got to figure in customer service too. Dave Noss would have gotten back with you by now. Your money would be going to a great guy, and He can cut you custom domes.

  13. I would shut mine down at 225-230. Park on top of a hill or dune with the Rad Pointed into the wind is the quickest way I have found to cool my banshee down.

  18. locogato11283 or theshee post up some pic's of your old Raptor. If I was going to do the swap I would want a clean intall like your raptor was. Not no goofy looking thing that you cant even tell it was a banshee.
  19. My 33's were around 400 for the carbs, metal Idle screws, taller adjusters, ez springs, cable and carb sync gauge. All from Jeff at FAST. I would recomend getting a boss racing intake. Jeff aslo sells them. They move the carbs up and back so they dont hit on the clutch arm.
  20. Same thing happens to me when I do a Plug Chop. I just have a Honda CR kill switch on the bars. I can kill the engine when it is Idleing with no problems. When I kill it at WOT and hit the front brake to stop I get zapped. Its isnt like getting zaped from the coil, just an electric zap. I now turn the key off to do my plug chops.
