  1. CEL Needles middle clip 160-150 mains 48-45 pilots Start off on the rich side. josh
  2. Yea that is the one you want. I dont know why they list them for 34-35 when the 33 and 35 have the same dimension. josh
  3. does it have a place where it looks like one shoudl be there? If you cant find a place then I would drill, tap and thread in a fitting. That way there would still be one. josh
  4. there is a vent hose that goes back there. It is probaby poped off or not there.
  5. That is wierd what kind of head is it? There needs to be that small line so air will not become traped in the head.
  6. Yea diffinatly red lock tight the basket bolts. I was refering to the small machine screws that hold on the stainless steel inserts on the fingers of the barnett basket. I just figure traditional billit baskets have been holding up fine. josh.
  7. They are all pretty good. One thing to think about the Barnett wich (shyed me away) Those Sainless insers are held in by scews. I would hate to have them come loose. I fugure I would rather buy 2 billit baskets then 1 barnett. I got my Hindson on ebay for $120
  8. I dont know if you will see a preformance increase. You might pay attension to the idle and see if your banshee Idles better. Yea I would recomend sealing the intake boots too. Mine leaked a litte when I did a pressure check. I just used a little bit of yamabond. josh
  9. I had one on my raptor and it sucked. It would ethire not release the clutch all the way or it wouldnt fully engage. I tried moving the clutch arm (part that the slave cylinder hooks up to). I ended up selling it and buying a set of ASV levers with a new clutch cable. josh
  10. I run a pair of stock cylinders that have been ported and resleeved. Here is how I looked at it. I got the cylinders for dirt cheap, they needed resleeved. A new port job was the same price as having my cylinders resleeved (sleeves and labor) by the same guy that ported them. So for the same price you can end up with two options #1 Ported Stockcylinders with oem sleeves that have 64-66.5 bore #2 Ported Stock cylinders that have been resleeved and have a bore of 66mm to 68mm I know people say that big bore sleeves suck because the choak the transfer ports. Well you have to understand that there are quite a few different sized sleeves. Mine are not much bigger than stock. I can see there point on a sleeve that goes half way into the cylinder stud hole. It is NOT economical to have a set of cyinders both ported and resleeved, but if you can get a pair of cyinders that are already ported for dirt cheap then it is a different story. josh
  11. Yea probably should start looking for a set of carbs. I would look for a set of pwk's stead of pj's
  12. Here is a chart. See what intake boots your intake has on it now. I belive they are VM/34200-1 for the 33-35mm carbs. They have the mounting bolts 60mm center to center. So you would need the I-VM28-200-1 wich have the same 60mm bolt patter ony the smaller 26-28mm carb flange. http://www.sudco.com/flange.html josh
  13. Here you go. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=105993 3rd dyno sheet shows that he peaked out at 8000-8500 rpm running Pro Circuit exhaust and dual 28mm Mikuni carbs. I dont know if he had any other engine work. josh
  14. Snoop will chime back in. He has done a lot of testing with PC pipes.
  15. TM Designworks is the only one to get.
  16. Yea have fun with the air box. When I first got my banshee it has PJ34's with just the UPP racing larger intake boots so it was pretty much the same as stock only larger opeaing for the larger carb. It was a pain trying to wedge those carbs in and out with the air box. It aslo had the the air box tubes trimed to make them a little shorter, and had some different rubber couplers to go from the carbs to the air box. josh
  17. FCR carb is a 4 stroke carb. PWK is the 2 srtoke carb you want.
  18. Get the cylinders ported. There is no better time since your rebuilding it. After pipes a port job is the next big increase in power. If it was my choice between a port job, and a cool head, I would do the port job. You can always slap a head on later.
  19. I dont think there is any performance gain. I think the crossover tube wether it is in a boss intake or in the stock rubber boots just help balance out the Idle and off idle.
  20. Here is some pic's of my one pice Boss Intake. The built in crossover is nice. Really cleans up the area. Plus you can replace the intake rubbers pretty cheaply 10-15 bucks each
